In light of articles 3, 37, 40 and 39 of the Convention, the Committee further recommends that the State party take all effective measures to ensure that children are separated from adults in detention facilities and that children are not subjected to solitary confinement, unless it is in their best interests and subject to court review.
وعلى ضوء المواد 3 و37 و40 و39 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة كذلك بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف كافة التدابير الفعالة لضمان فصل الأطفال عن البالغين في مرافق الاعتقال وعدم تعريض الأطفال للحبس الانفرادي ما لم يكن هذا الإجراء يخدم مصالحهم الفضلى ومشروطاً بإعادة نظر المحكمة فيه.

168. The Committee is concerned that adopted children cannot know the identity of their natural parents even after having reached majority and when this is proved to be in their best interests.
168- يساور اللجنة القلق لأن الأطفال المتبنين لا يحق لهم معرفة هوية والديهم الطبيعيين حتى وإن كان ذلك بعد بلوغهم سن الرشد وكان من المحقق أنه يخدم مصلحتهم الفضلى.
