وختاماً، أودّ أن أؤكد مجدداً الدعم الثابت من حكومة فييت نام وشعبها للسلام الشامل والعادل والدائم في الشرق الأوسط، ولِحقّ الشعب الفلسطيني في ممارسة تقرير المصير والسيادة في دولته المستقلة فلسطين.

The realities of the occupation alone are unequivocal proof of the need to put an end to the struggle on the basis of enabling the Palestinian people to exercise self-determination in their independent State.

فقد مكنت مساعدات البلدان والمنظمات الدولية، على مر العقود، الشعب الفلسطيني من الصمود في جهوده الجادة الرامية إلى الحصول على حقوقه الوطنية المشروعة غير القابلة للتصرف، بما في ذلك الحق في تقرير المصير والحرية في دولته المستقلة.

In this regard, we reaffirm the legal, political and moral responsibility of the international community to assist the Palestinian people until they achieve their inalienable right to self-determination in their independent State.
وفي هذا الصدد نؤكد مجددا مسؤولية المجتمع الدولي القانونية والسياسية والأدبية عن مساعدة الشعب الفلسطيني إلى أن ينال حقوقه الثابتة في تقرير المصير في دولته المستقلة.

They expressed the hope that all Members of the Movement would extend recognition to Palestine at this time, remaining at the forefront of support for this historic march of the Palestinian people to end the Israeli occupation and to realize their human rights, including to self-determination in their independent State.

They renewed the call for political, economic and humanitarian assistance in support of the Palestinian people and their efforts to achieve their legitimate national aspirations and inalienable human rights, including their right to self-determination in their independent State of Palestine, with East Jerusalem as its capital, and their right to return.

In conclusion, my delegation would like to affirm its full support for the application that the Palestinian Authority submitted to the Secretary-General for full membership in the United Nations so that the Palestinian people may live in their independent State with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital.
وفي الختام، يود وفد بلدي أن يؤكد على دعمه وتأييده التام لمطلب السلطة الفلسطينية المقدم للأمين العام للحصول على العضوية الكاملة في الأمم المتحدة، ليعيش الشعب الفلسطيني في دولته المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.

It is beyond the time for the international community to make good on its promise and take all measures necessary to bring an end to Israel's occupation and all the ills that have become manifest as a result and allow the Palestinian people to live a free and dignified life in their independent State of Palestine, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
وقد فـات الأوان الذي كان يجب فيه على المجتمع الدولي أن يفـي بوعوده وأن يتخذ جميع التدابير الضرورية لوضع نهاية للاحتلال الإسرائيلي ولجميع الآفات التي ظهرت نتيجة لـه وأن يسمح للشعب الفلسطيني بأن يحيـا حياة حرة وكريمة في دولته المستقلة فلسطين، التي تكون القدس الشرقية عاصمتها.
