٠٤١- والمبـدأ الثانـي الـوارد فـي هـذا الدستـور، وهو ملمح جديد لم يكن موجودا في الدستور السابق لعام ٢٦٩١، هو إعطاء مكانة للمعاهدات في القانون السلفادوري.

They also have the right freely to apply their systems of political, social, economic, cultural and religious organization and voluntarily to observe customary practices for the regulation of their domestic coexistence, provided that none of them runs counter to the fundamental rights established in this Constitution.
ولهذه الشعوب أيضا الحق في أن تطبق بحرية نظمها الخاصة في مجال التنظيم السياسي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي والثقافي والديني، وفي أن تحافظ طواعية على الأعراف السائدة فيما يتعلق بتنظيم تعايشها المحلي، بشرط ألا يتعارض أي منها مع الحقوق الأساسية الواردة في هذا الدستور.

The declarations, rights and guarantees enumerated in this Constitution shall not be taken as a denial of other rights and guarantees not proclaimed therein which emanate from the sovereignty of the people and from the republican form of government.
لا تعني اﻹعلانات والحقوق والضمانات الواردة في هذا الدستور إنكار الحقوق والضمانات اﻷخرى غير الواردة فيه والتي تنبثق من سيادة الشعب ومن شكل الحكومة الجمهوري.

In any event, its stipulations shall embody the principle of reciprocity and shall grant to all Salvadorans all of the penal and procedural guarantees that are set forth in this Constitution.
وفي كل الأحوال، يجب أن تتضمن نصوص المعاهدة مبدأ التبادل وأن تمنح كل مواطني السلفادور جميع الضمانات الجنائية والاجرائية الواردة في هذا الدستور.

105. The enunciation of the rights and guarantees contained in this Constitution and in international human rights instruments is not to be understood as negating other rights which, being inherent in the individual, are not expressly contained therein.
105- وينبغي ألا يُفهم إعلان الحقوق والضمانات المنصوص عليهما في هذا الدستور وفي صكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية على أنه يلغي الحقوق الأخرى التي يلتزم بها الفرد وغير المنصوص عليها صراحة فيهما.

The State shall encourage and protect private education provided in accordance with the principles set forth in this Constitution and in the laws " .
ويجب على الدولة أن تشجع وتحمي التعليم الخاص الموفر وفقاً للمبادئ المنصوص عليها في هذا الدستور وفي القوانين " .

The rights and duties recognized in this Constitution shall be interpreted in conformity with the international treaties on human rights ratified by Colombia " .
وتفسر الحقوق والواجبات الواردة في هذا الدستور بما يتفق مع المعاهدات الدولية لحقوق اﻹنسان التي صدقت عليها كولومبيا " .

Section 8 of the Constitution deals with the responsibilities of the legislature stating that " the Legislature, when enacting laws shall reflect in its deliberations the interests of all the people of Malawi and shall further the values explicit or implicit in this Constitution. "
ويتناول البند 8 من الدستور مسؤوليات الجهاز التشريعي حيث ينص على أن " مداولات الجهاز التشريعي، لدى سن القوانين، تعكس مصالح كافة الشعب الملاوي وتعزز القيم المجسدة بشكل صريح أو ضمني في هذا الدستور. "

9. Any other matters provided for in this Constitution or in the federal laws. Article 49 of the Constitution also provides:

It is the birthright of every Turkish citizen to lead an honourable life and to develop his or her material and spiritual assets under the aegis of national culture, civilization and the rule of law, through the exercise of the fundamental rights and freedoms set forth in this Constitution in conformity with the requirements of equality and social justice.
من الحقوق الأساسية لكل مواطن تركي أن يحيا حياة كريمة، وأن يطور ممتلكاته المادية والروحية تحت رعاية الثقافة والحضارة الوطنيتين وفي ظل سيادة القانون، وذلك عن طريق ممارسة الحقوق والحريات الأساسية المنصوص عليها في هذا الدستور وفقاً لمتطلبات المساواة والعدالة الاجتماعية.

24. Article 61 of the Transitional Constitution stipulates that " all citizens and public authorities are required to respect the human rights and fundamental freedoms established in this Constitution " .
24- وتنص المادة 61 من دستور المرحلة الانتقالية على الآتي: " يفرض احترام حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية المكرسة في هذا الدستور على جميع المواطنين والسلطات العامة " .

" The State shall guarantee to persons with special needs the enjoyment of all the rights and freedoms set out in this Constitution " .
" حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الحاجات الخاصة والمسنين، حيث تكفل الدولة لهم كل الحقوق والحريات المنصوص عليها في هذا الدستور " .

" The Bill of Rights is a covenant among the Sudanese people and between them and their governments at every level and a commitment to respect and promote human rights and fundamental freedoms enshrined in this Constitution; it is the cornerstone of social justice, equality and democracy in the Sudan
تكون وثيقة الحقوق عهداً بين كافة أهل السودان وبينهم وبين حكوماتهم على كل مستوى والتزاما من جانبهم بأن يحترموا حقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية المضمنة في هذا الدستور وأن يعملوا على ترقيتها وتعتبر حجر الأساس للعدالة الاجتماعية والمساواة والديمقراطية في السودان.

Pursuant to article 17, the limitation of the rights and freedoms provided for in this Constitution may be established only by law for the public interest or for the protection of the rights of others.
13- وعملاً بالمادة 17، لا يجوز تقييد الحقوق والحريات المنصوص عليها في الدستور إلا بموجب القانون تحقيقاً لمصلحة عامة أو حمايةً لحقوق الآخرين.

- Article 72: " The enumeration of rights, duties and guarantees made in this Constitution does not exclude others which are inherent in human beings or which are derived from a republican form of government " ;
- المادة 72: " لا تنفي الحقوق والواجبات والضمانات المذكورة في الدستور غيرها من الحقوق والواجبات والضمانات الأصيلة أو النابعة عن شكل الحكم الجمهوري " .

As well, Article 72 of the Constitution provides that " the enumeration of rights, duties and guarantees made in this Constitution does not exclude others which are inherent in human beings or which are derived from a republican form of government " .
- كذلك تنص المادة 72 من دستور الجمهورية على أن " الحقوق والواجبات والضمانات الواردة في الدستور لا تستثني غيرها مما هو من خصائص الإنسان أو ما ينبثق عن الشكل الجمهوري للحكم " .
