The provisions on reporting and processing of information relating to suspicious transactions will be specified in this Decree.
وستحدد في هذا المرسوم الأحكام المتعلقة بالإبلاغ ومعالجة المعلومات المتعلقة بالمعاملات المشبوهة.

— To order offenders to change or discontinue practices contrary to the provisions on the promotion of competition and on restrictive trade practices referred to in this Decree;
● إصدار أمر إلى الجهات المخالفة لتعديل أو إنهاء أنواع السلوك المخالفة لﻷحكام المتعلقة بتعزيز المنافسة وبالممارسات التجارية التقييدية المشار إليها في هذا المرسوم.

2. Inform the military authority closest to his place of residence within 30 days of the loss, under penalty of the sanctions provided for in this Decree.
2 - إبلاغ أقرب سلطة عسكرية من محل إقامته بضياعه في غضون 30 يوما من تاريخ فقدانه وإلا عوقب بالعقوبات المقررة في هذا المرسوم.

Article 18 of Legislative Decree No. 51 of 2001 provides as follows: " An applicant for any permit provided for in this decree:
جواب 1-32 نصت المادة 18 من المرسوم التشريعي رقم 51 لعام 2001 على ما يلي: يشترط في طالب أي ترخيص منصوص عليه في هذا المرسوم ما يلي:

Art. 2. The person holding this office shall protect the human rights of inmates in the federal penitentiary system, under the conditions and by the procedures laid down in this Decree and the regulations thereto.
المادة ٢ - يكون هدف صاحب هذا المنصب هو حماية حقوق اﻹنسان للسجناء الخاضعين لنظام السجون الاتحادي، وفقاً للشروط والاجراءات الموضوعة في هذا المرسوم والتنظيم الخاص به.

Article 84. Seizure of weapons, ammunition and explosives. Failure to comply with the requirements set forth in this Decree with regard to the possession or carrying of weapons, ammunition or explosives and their accessories shall result in seizure.
المادة 84 - الاستيلاء على الأسلحة والذخائر والمتفجرات - من شأن عدم الامتثال للشروط الواردة في هذا المرسوم فيما يتعلق بحيازة أو حمل الأسلحة أو الذخائر أو المتفجرات ولواحقها أن يؤدي إلى الاستيلاء عليها.

— To impose fines of up to the equivalent of 2,000 times the legal minimum monthly wage in force at the time of imposition of the penalty for infringements of the provisions on the promotion of competition and on restrictive trade practices referred to in this Decree;
● فرض عقوبات مالية قد تعادل ألفي )٠٠٠ ٢( أجر شهري أدنى قانوني ساري المفعول وقت فرض العقوبة، وذلك لانتهاك اﻷحكام المتعلقة بتعزيز المنافسة وبالممارسات التجارية التقييدية المشار إليها في هذا المرسوم.

Article 60 emphasizes the need for an attorney for the defence of the accused person and stipulates: " it is imperative that the accused person retains a lawyer to defend him in proceedings instituted for acts punishable in this Decree; otherwise the president of the court appoints a lawyer to defend the accused person " .
كما أكدت المادة 60 على أهمية وجود دفاع المدعى عليه ب " يجب حتماً أن يقوم بالدفاع في الدعوى المقامة بالأفعال المعاقب عليها في هذا المرسوم التشريعي محام يوكله المدعى عليه، وإن لم يفعل يعين رئيس المحكمة محامياً يقوم بالدفاع عنه " .

Application for transfer of right to use firearm. When the holder of a licence to possess or bear firearms wishes to transfer that right, he shall make the appropriate application to the competent military authority; the letter may authorize the transfer, provided that the person to whom the right is to be transferred fulfils the conditions set forth in this Decree.
المادة 44 - طلب نقل الحق في استخدام السلاح الناري: ينبغي لكل من يرغب في نقل الحق في حيازة أو حمل الأسلحة النارية المرخص له بحيازتها وحملها إلى شخص آخر أن يتقدم بطلب بهذا المعنى إلى السلطة العسكرية المختصة التي لها أن تلبي طلبه إذا ما كان الطرف الراغب في حيازة هذا الحق مستوف للشروط المحددة في هذا المرسوم.

Paragraph 1. In the case provided for in (a) above, beneficiaries or interested persons shall inform the competent military authority within 90 days of the death, and may obtain a licence to possess the deceased's firearms, subject to fulfilment of the requirements provided for in this Decree, without prejudice to prevailing inheritance laws.
الحكم الخاص 1 - في الحالة المنصوص عليها في البند (أ) السابق، ينبغي للمنتفعين أو أصحاب المصلحة أن يبلغوا السلطة العسكرية المختصة بالوفاة في غضون 90 يوما من تاريخها، ويجوز للمستفيد أو صاحب المصلحة أن يحصل على ترخيص بحيازة السلاح الناري بشرط استيفاء الشروط المنصوص عليها في هذا المرسوم ودون إخلال بأحكام قوانين الميراث السائدة.
