A procuring entity shall impose no criterion, requirement or procedure with respect to the qualifications of suppliers or contractors other than those provided for in this Law.
ولا تفرض الجهةُ المشترية أيَّ معيار أو اشتراط أو إجراء آخر يتعلق بمؤهّلات الموَرِّدين أو المقاولين غير ما هو منصوص عليه في هذا القانون.

In 2004, amendments were made to the Law on Family, which introduced a separate part in this Law governing protection from domestic violence.
وفي عام 2004، أُدخلت تعديلات على قانون الأسرة أدرجت في هذا القانون جزءاً منفصلاً ينظم الحماية من العنف المنزلي.

The penalty for non compliance with the rules and quotas outlined in this Law is the reduction of public financing for electoral campaigns.
وتتمثل عقوبة عدم الامتثال للقواعد والحصص المبينة في هذا القانون في خفض التمويل العام للحملات الانتخابية.

It also urges the State party to repeal any other discriminatory provision against women in this Law.
كما تحث الدولة الطرف على إلغاء أي حكم تمييزي آخر ضد المرأة يرد في هذا القانون.

The mechanism set out in this Law proved to be an efficient instrument.

In fact, there is no provision in this Law prohibiting international terrorism and regulating the combat against it.

This article shall apply to the offences characterized in this Law.
وتنطبق هذه المادة على الجرائم الموصوفة في هذا القانون.

The registration procedure and rules for identity certification stipulated in this Law differ significantly from the previous Soviet passport system, which in fact restricted the right to freely choose one's place of residence.
وتختلف إجراءات وقواعد التسجيل لاثبات الشخصية المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون اختلافا كبيرا عن النظام السوفياتي السابق لجوازات السفر والذي كان يقيد في واقع الأمر حق الفرد في اختيار مكان اقامته بحرية.

The Financial Analysis Unit shall also be responsible for locating and tracing property of economic interest obtained in the crimes defined in this Law.
وتكون وحدة التحليل المالي مسؤولة أيضا عن تحديد موقع الممتلكات ذات الأهمية الاقتصادية المتحصل عليها من الجرائم المحددة في هذا القانون وتتبعها.

Such open-ended list of discriminatory grounds prohibits any discrimination on grounds of any personal characteristic that is not explicitly referred to in this Law.
وتحظر قائمة الأسباب المفتوحة هذه أي تمييز على أساس أية خصائص شخصية لا يشار إليها بشكل صريح في هذا القانون.

It shall be chaired by the Deputy to whom the Ombudsman delegates the functions provided for in this Law.
ويرأس هذه اللجنة نائب يفوض إليه أمين المظالم المهام المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون.

According to article 1 of the law protecting children and adolescents adopted in 2002, all persons under 18 will enjoy the protection provided in this Law.
وتنص المادة 1 من قانون حماية الأطفال والمراهقين، الذي أقر في عام 2002، على أن جميع الأشخاص الذي تقل أعمارهم عن 18 عاماً يتمتعون بالحماية المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون.

A breakthrough in this Law is the provision of limited dual citizenship for children born of international marriages, until they are 21 years old.
ومن الإنجازات التي تحققت في هذا القانون النص على منح الأطفال المولودين في إطار زيجات دولية جنسية مزدوجة محدودة، حتى يبلغوا سن 21 عاما.

No one can be forced to marry or can be prevented from marrying as long as the marriage is in compliance with standards provided for in this Law. "
ولا يجوز إكراه أي شخص على الزواج أو منعه من الزواج ما دام الزواج يمتثل للمعايير المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون. "

All expressions used in this Law in male gender include the same expressions in female gender (Article 2, paragraph 5).
وجميع التعبيرات المستخدمة بلغة المذكر في هذا القانون تقابلها نفس التعبيرات بلغة المؤنث (الفقرة 5 من المادة 2).

Whenever the term “arms” is used in this Law, it means cold steel, firearms listed in the three schedules annexed hereto, ammunition and main parts, unless otherwise implied by the context.
وإذا أطلق لفظ اﻷسلحة في هذا القانون فإنه يقصد به اﻷسلحة البيضاء واﻷسلحة النارية الواردة بالقوائم الثلاث المرافقة، وذخائرها، وأجزائها الرئيسية، إلا إذا قصد من سياق النص غير ذلك.

وإذا أطلق لفظ اﻷسلحة في هذا القانون فإنه يقصد به اﻷسلحة البيضاء واﻷسلحة النارية وذخائرها، وأجزاؤها الرئيسية، إلا إذا تبين من سياق النص غير ذلك.

100. Chapter VI of the Equal Opportunities Law covers all aspects of women's political and social participation, and requires the Honduran State to guarantee those rights set forth in the Constitution of the Republic and in this Law.
113 - ويقنن قانون تكافؤ الفرص، في الفصل السادس منه، كل ما يتصل بالمشاركة السياسية والاجتماعية للمرأة في هندوراس، ويحث الدولة الهندوراسية على ضمان هذه الحقوق الواردة في دستور الجمهورية وفي هذا القانون.
