4- وفيما يتعلق بالفقرة 4، يسترعى الانتباه إلى أحكام الفرع السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء المؤرخ 21 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1990، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية التابعة للجمعية العامة المختصة بالمسؤولية عن المسائل الإدارية ومسائل الميزانية، وأكدت من جديد أيضاً على دور اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.

64 - ومضى يقول إنه فيما يتعلق بالفقرة 8 من مشروع القرار، جرى استرعاء الانتباه إلى القسم السادس من قرار الجمعية العامة 45/248 باء، الذي أكدت فيه الجمعية من جديد على أن اللجنة الخامسة هي اللجنة الرئيسية الملائمة المعهود إليها بمسؤوليات شؤون الإدارة والميزانية، كما أكدت الجمعية من جديد على الدور الذي تضطلع به اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية.
