In view of the above, it is also submitted that the imposition of a sentence of death upon the conclusion of a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant have been violated constitutes a violation of article 6, paragraph 2, of the Covenant.
ونظرا لما تقــدم قيل أيضا إن فرض حكم الاعــدام في أعقاب محاكمة انتهكت فيها أحكام العهد يعتبر انتهاكا للمادة ٦ فقرة ٢ من نفس العهد.

It is further submitted that, as a result, article 6, paragraph 2, has also been violated, since a sentence of death was passed upon the author after a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant have not been respected.
والمؤكد كذلك أن الفقرة ٢ من المادة ٦ قد انتهكت بالتالي، حيث إنه صدر حكم بإعدام صاحب الرسالة بعد محاكمة لم تُحترم فيها أحكام العهد.

In view of the above, it is also submitted that the imposition of a sentence of death upon the conclusion of a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant have been violated constitutes a violation of article 6, paragraph 2, of the Covenant.
ونظرا لما تقدم قيــــل أيضا إن فرض حكــــم الاعدام في أعقاب محاكمة انتهكت فيها أحكام العهد يعتبر انتهاكا للمادة ٦ فقرة ٢ من نفس العهد.

2. Kindly describe the manner in which the provisions of the Convention are reflected in national development strategies and in instruments such as the 2008 Poverty Reduction Strategy and the Millennium Development Goals reports.
يُرجى توضيح الكيفية التي تجلت فيها أحكام الاتفاقية في استراتيجيات التنمية الوطنية وفي الصكوك من قبيل التقارير المتعلقة باستراتيجية الحد من الفقر، وبالأهداف الإنمائية للألفية لعام 2008.

١١-٨ وترى اللجنة أن تسليط عقوبة إعدام في نهاية محاكمة لم تحترم فيها أحكام العهد يشكل، في حالة عدم توافر امكانية مزيد الطعن في العقوبة، انتهاكا للمادة ٦ من العهد.

10.4 The Committee is of the opinion that the imposition of a sentence of death upon conclusion of a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant have not been respected constitutes, if no further appeal against the sentence is possible, a violation of article 6 of the Covenant.
١٠-٤ وترى اللجنة أن صدور حكم باﻹعدام بعد محاكمة لم تحترم فيها أحكام العهد يعّد، إذا لم تتح الفرصة لاستئناف الحكم مرة أخرى، انتهاكاً للمادة ٦ من العهد.

3.7 In the light of the above, article 6, paragraph 2, is said to have been violated, since the imposition of a sentence of death upon conclusion of a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant have not been respected constitutes, if no further appeal against the sentence is available, a violation of this provision.
٣-٧ وفي ضوء ما سبق، تعتبر الفقرة ٢ من المادة ٦ قد انتهكت ﻷن صدور حكم باﻹعدام بعد محاكمة لم تحترم فيها أحكام العهد يعدّ، إذا لم تُتح الفرصة لاستئناف الحكم مرة أخرى، انتهاكاً لحكم هذه الفقرة.

7.5 The Committee is of the opinion that the imposition of a sentence of death upon conclusion of a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant have not been respected constitutes, if no further appeal against the sentence is possible, a violation of article 6 of the Covenant.
٧-٥ وترى اللجنة أن صدور حكم باﻹعدام بعد محاكمة لم تُحترم فيها أحكام العهد يعدّ، إذا لم تتح الفرصة لاستئناف الحكم مرة أخرى، انتهاكاً للمادة ٦ من العهد.

9.3 The Committee is of the opinion that the imposition of a sentence of death upon conclusion of a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant have not been respected constitutes, if no further appeal against the sentence is possible, a violation of article 6 of the Covenant.
٩-٣ وترى اللجنة أن فرض عقوبة اﻹعدام عند الانتهاء من أي محاكمة لا تراعى فيها أحكام العهد يمثل انتهاكا للمادة ٦ من العهد إن لم يمكن تقديم استئناف آخر للحكم.

3.3 Counsel further contends that the imposition of the death sentence upon the conclusion of a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant had been breached, and where no further appeal is available, constitutes a violation of article 6, paragraph 2, of the Covenant.
٣-٣ وتدعي المحامية أيضا أن فرض حكم اﻹعدام عند انتهاء المحاكمة التي تنتهك فيها أحكام العهد والتي لا يتاح فيها استئناف، يشكل انتهاكا للفقرة ٢ من المادة ٦ من العهد.

5.13 The Committee considers that the imposition of a sentence of death upon conclusion of a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant have not been respected constitutes, if no further appeal against the sentence is possible, a violation of article 6 of the Covenant.
٥-١٣ وترى اللجنة أن توقيع عقوبة اﻹعدام عند انتهاء أي محاكمة لا تراعي فيها أحكام العهد، يشكل، إذا لم يمكن التقدم باستئناف آخر للحكم، انتهاكا للمادة ٦ من العهد.

8.5 The Committee is of the opinion that the imposition of a sentence of death upon conclusion of a trial in which the provisions of the Covenant have not been respected constitutes, if no further appeal against the sentence is possible, a violation of article 6 of the Covenant.
٨-٥ وترى اللجنة أن فرض عقوبة اﻹعدام في ختام محاكمة لم تحترم فيها أحكام العهد، يشكل عند استحالة أي طعن آخر في الحكم، انتهاكا للمادة ٦ من العهد.

٩-٤ وترى اللجنة أن فرض عقوبة اﻹعدام عند اختتام محاكمة لم تحترم فيها أحكام العهد يشكل عند استحالة أي استئناف آخر للحكم، انتهاكا للمادة ٦ من العهد.

The Committee also regrets that no information was provided on decisions of domestic courts in which the provisions of the Covenant have been invoked.
وتأسف اللجنة أيضاً لعدم تقديم أية معلومات عن قرارات المحاكم المحلية التي احتُجَّ فيها بأحكام العهد.

Finally, there was a national programme for familiarization with the laws, in which the provisions of the Covenant figured prominently.
وأخيراً هناك برنامج على مستوى البلد للتعريف بالقوانين، وتحتل فيه أحكام العهد مكاناً بارزاً.
