1- تحيط علماً بقرار لجنة حقوق الإنسان 1999/59 المؤرخ 28 نيسان/أبريل 1999 الذي طلبت فيه إلى اللجنة الفرعية أن تضطلع بدراسة بشأن مسألة العولمة وأثرها على التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق الإنسان تستند فيها إلى تقارير الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات وتقارير المقررين الخاصين والخبراء المستقلين والأفرقة العاملة للجنة، وأن تعرض هذه الدراسة على اللجنة لكي تنظر فيها في دورتها السابعة والخمسين؛

64. At its fifty-fifth session, the Commission on Human Rights, in its resolution 1999/59, requested the SubCommission to undertake a study, based on the reports of the treaty bodies, special rapporteurs, independent experts and working groups of the Commission, on the issue of globalization and its impact on the full enjoyment of all human rights.
64- طلبت لجنة حقوق الإنسان من اللجنة الفرعية، في قرارها 1999/59 الذي اعتمدته في دورتها الخامسة والخمسين، أن تقوم، استناداً إلى تقارير الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان وتقارير المقررين الخاصين والخبراء المستقلين والأفرقة العاملة التابعة للجنة، بإجراء دراسة حول مسألة العولمة وأثرها على التمتع الكامل بجميع حقوق الإنسان.
