The representative of the Indigenous World Association suggested that the part of this proposal that read " recognizing that peoples under colonial or other forms of alien domination or foreign occupation have the right to realize their inalienable right of self-determination, in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations " be included within the context of the Nordic proposal for operative paragraph 3.
