II. Green Industry Initiative
ثانياً- مبادرة الصناعة الخضراء

Through the Green Industry Initiative, UNIDO has succeeded in integrating its resource-efficient and cleaner production services into the global Partnership for Action on Green Economy (PAGE).
4- ومن خلال مبادرة الصناعة الخضراء، نجحت اليونيدو في دمج خدماتها المتعلقة بالكفاءة في استخدام الموارد والإنتاج الأنظف في الشراكة العالمية للعمل من أجل اقتصاد أخضر.

Concerning the Green Industry Initiative, Zimbabwe had drafted a concept paper on setting up a committee to decide on a strategy to develop and implement a comprehensive green industry programme in the country.
52- واسترسلت قائلة، بخصوص مبادرة الصناعة الخضراء، إنّ زمبابوي صاغت ورقة مفاهيمية بشأن إنشاء لجنة لاتخاذ قرار بوضع استراتيجية لتطوير وتنفيذ برنامج شامل للصناعة الخضراء في البلد.

UNIDO should strategically position the Green Industry Initiative as a way of promoting economic development and poverty reduction through sustainable industrial development.
وينبغي لليونيدو أن تُكرّس " مبادرة الصناعة الخضراء " استراتيجياً كأداة لتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية والحد من الفقر من خلال التنمية الصناعية المستدامة.

The Philippines was proud to be one of the earliest supporters of the Green Industry Initiative and the Green Industry Platform, which helped global industry to improve its environmental performance.
30- واختتم قائلا إنَّ الفلبين تشعر بالفخر لأنها كانت من أوائل المساندين لمبادرة الصناعة الخضراء وبرنامج الصناعة الخضراء، ممّا يساعد الصناعة العالمية على تحسين أدائها البيئي.

Activities to promote cleaner industrial development and provide assistance to developing countries in the field of renewable energy and carbon emissions reduction should be considered priorities. UNIDO should promote the Green Industry Initiative at the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20).
6- وختم بقوله إنَّ الأنشطة الرامية إلى النهوض بالتنمية الصناعية الأنظف وتقديم المساعدة للبلدان النامية في مجال الطاقة المتجددة والحدّ من انبعاثات الكربون يجب أن تُعتبر من الأولويات، وإنَّ على اليونيدو أن تروّج لمبادرة الصناعة الخضراء في مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتنمية المستدامة (مؤتمر ريو+20).
