(a) Establishing procedures for the physical protection of such persons, such as, to the extent necessary and feasible, relocating them and permitting, where appropriate, non-disclosure or limitations on the disclosure of information concerning the identity and whereabouts of such persons;
(أ) وضع قواعد إجرائية لتوفير الحماية الجسدية لأولئك الأشخاص، كالقيام مثلا، بالقدر اللازم والممكن عمليا، بتغيير أماكن إقامتهم، والسماح، حيثما كان مناسبا، بعدم إفشاء المعلومات المتعلقة بهوية أولئك الأشخاص وأماكن تواجدهم أو بفرض قيود على إفشائها؛

(d) Protecting the identity of the witness and, where appropriate and without prejudice to the rights of the defence, permitting to that effect non-disclosure or limitations on the disclosure of information concerning the identity and whereabouts of the witness.
(د) التحفّظ الوقائي على هوية الشهود والسماح لأجل ذلك، عند الاقتضاء ودون الإخلال بحقوق الدفاع، بعدم كشف هوية الشهود أو وضع قيود على كشف المعلومات المتعلقة بهوية الشهود ومكان وجودهم.
