(f) The receipt, classification and indexing of all documents relating to Non-Self-Governing Territories, including information transmitted under Article 73 e of the Charter, and responses to requests for information from delegations and organizations on matters relating to the work of the Department (throughout the biennium).
)و( تسلم وتصنيف وفهرسة جميع الوثائق المتصلة باﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، بما في ذلك المعلومات المرسلة بمقتضى المادة ٧٣ )ﻫ( من الميثاق، والردود على الطلبات المقدمة من الوفود والمنظمات للحصول على معلومات بشأن المسائل المتصلة بعمل اﻹدارة طوال فترة السنتين(.

3. The information transmitted under Article 73 e of the Charter follows in general the standard form approved by the General Assembly and includes information on geography, history, population and economic, social and educational conditions.

3. By its resolution 1970 (XVIII) of 16 December 1963, the General Assembly decided to dissolve the Committee on Information from Non-Self-Governing Territories and requested the Special Committee to study the information transmitted under Article 73 e of the Charter of the United Nations.
3 - وقررت الجمعية العامة، بموجب قرارها 1970 (د-18) المؤرخ 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1963، حلّ لجنة المعلومات الواردة من الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، والتمست من اللجنة الخاصة دراسة المعلومات المرسلة بمقتضى المادة 73 (هـ) من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

By resolution 1970 (XVIII) of 16 December 1963, adopted at its eighteenth session, the General Assembly decided to dissolve the Committee on Information from Non-Self-Governing Territories and requested the Special Committee to study the information transmitted under Article 73 e of the Charter of the United Nations.
٤ - وقررت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ١٩٧٠ )د - ١٨( المؤرخ ١٦ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٦٣ الذي اتخذته في دورتها الثامنة عشرة، حل لجنة المعلومات الواردة من اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، وطلبت من اللجنة الخاصة دراسة المعلومات المرسلة بمقتضى المادة ٧٣ )ﻫ( من ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة.
