9- عملاً بالفقرة 124 من مرفق قرار المجلس 5/1، عُقدت يوم 21 كانون الثاني/يناير 2008 مشاورات إعلامية مفتوحة العضوية تحضيراً للدورة الاستثنائية السادسة.

124. The President of the Council should hold open-ended informative consultations before the special session on its conduct and organization.
124- ينبغي لرئيس المجلس أن يُجري قبل عقد الدورة الاستثنائية مشاورات إعلامية مفتوحة باب المشاركة بشأن تصريف أعمال الدورة وتنظيمها.

5. The President of the Council should hold open-ended informative consultations before the special session on its conduct and organization.
5- وعلى رئيس المجلس أن يُجري قبل عقد الدورة الاستثنائية مشاورات إعلامية يكون باب المشاركة فيها مفتوحاً بشأن تصريف أعمال الدورة وتنظيمها.

5. As more than one third of the membership of the Council supported the above-mentioned request, the Council convened informative consultations on the matter on 14 October 2009 and decided to convene a special session of the Council on 15 October 2009.
5 - وبما أن أكثر من ثُلث أعضاء المجلس قد أيدوا الطلب المذكور أعلاه، فقد عقد المجلس مشاورات إعلامية بشأن هذه المسألة في 14 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009 وقرر أن يعقد جلسة استثنائية للمجلس في 15 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009.

5. As more than one third of the membership of the Council supported the above-mentioned request, the President of the Council convened informative consultations on the matter on 16 February 2009 and decided to convene a special session of the Council on 20 February 2009.
5- وبما أن أكثر من ثلث أعضاء المجلس أيدوا الطلب المذكـور أعلاه، فقد عقد رئيس المجلس مشاورات إعلامية بهذا الشـأن في 16 شباط/فبراير 2009 وقـرر عقد الدورة الاستثنائية للمجلس في 20 شباط/فبراير 2009.

5. As more than one third of the membership of the Council supported the above-mentioned request, the President of the Council convened informative consultations on the matter on 25 May 2009 and decided to convene a special session of the Council on 26 and 27 May 2009.
5- وبما أن أكثر من ثلث أعضاء المجلس قد أيدوا الطلب المذكور أعلاه، فقد عقد رئيس المجلس مشاورات إعلامية حول المسألة في 25 أيار/مايو 2009 وقرر عقد دورة استثنائية للمجلس يومي 26 و27 أيار/مايو 2009.

5. As more than one third of the membership of the Council supported the above-mentioned request, the Council convened informative consultations on the matter on 14 October 2009 and decided to convene a special session of the Council on 15 October 2009.

As more than one third of the membership of the Human Rights Council supported the above-mentioned request, the President of the Council, following consultations with the main sponsors, decided to convene open-ended informative consultations on 1 December 2011 and a special session of the Council on 2 December 2011.
