7. The view was expressed that, as had been proposed by the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics several years before, a delimitation of outer space could be established at an altitude of 100-110 kilometres above mean sea level and that space objects might enjoy the right of innocent passage through foreign airspace during launching and return to the Earth.
7- وأُعرب عن رأي بأنه حسبما كان قد اقترح اتحاد الجمهوريات السوفياتية الاشتراكية السابق قبل عدة سنوات مضت، يمكن تقرير حد للفضاء الخارجي على ارتفاع يتراوح بين 100 كيلومتر و110 كيلومترات فوق متوسط سطح البحر، وأنه يجوز أن تتمتع الأجسام الفضائية بحق المرور البريء عبر الفضاء الجوي الأجنبي أثناء الإطلاق والعودة إلى الأرض.

These obligations relate to all laws and regulations adopted by the coastal State relating to innocent passage through the territorial sea (article 21 (3)) and all laws and regulations adopted by States bordering straits relating to transit passage through straits used for international navigation (article 42 (3)).
