71. (a) Consider adopting, where appropriate, national legislation consistent with the Convention on Biological Diversity to protect the knowledge, innovations and practices of women in indigenous and local communities relating to traditional medicines, biodiversity and indigenous technologies;
71 - (أ) النظر في اعتماد تشريع وطني، حسب الاقتضاء، يتسق مع اتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي() لحماية معارف النساء وابتكاراتهن وممارساتهن في مجتمعات السكان الأصليين والمجتمعات المحلية فيما يتعلق بالطب التقليدي، والتنوع البيولوجي، والتكنولوجيات المحلية؛

(p) Considering the adoption, where appropriate, of national legislation to protect the knowledge, innovations and practices of women in indigenous and local communities relating to traditional medicines, biodiversity and indigenous technologies;
(ع) النظر في اعتماد تشريعات وطنية، حسب الاقتضاء، لحماية معارف النساء وابتكاراتهن وممارساتهن في مجتمعات الشعوب الأصلية والمجتمعات المحلية فيما يتعلق بالأدوية التقليدية والتنوع البيولوجي والتكنولوجيات المحلية؛

" (v) Considering the adoption, where appropriate, of national legislation to protect the knowledge, innovations and practices of women in indigenous and local communities relating to traditional medicines, biodiversity and indigenous technologies;
" (ت) النظر في اعتماد تشريعات وطنية، حسب الاقتضاء، لحماية معارف النساء وابتكاراتهن وممارساتهن في مجتمعات الشعوب الأصلية والمجتمعات المحلية فيما يتعلق بالأدوية التقليدية والتنوع البيولوجي والتكنولوجيات المحلية؛

(v) Considering the adoption, where appropriate, of national legislation to protect the knowledge, innovations and practices of women in indigenous and local communities relating to traditional medicines, biodiversity and indigenous technologies;
(ت) النظر في اعتماد تشريعات وطنية، حيثما كان ذلك مناسبا، لحماية معارف النساء وابتكاراتهن وممارساتهن في مجتمعات الشعوب الأصلية والمجتمعات المحلية فيما يتعلق بالأدوية التقليدية وموارد التنوع البيولوجي والتكنولوجيات المحلية؛

(h) Considering adopting, where appropriate, national legislation to protect the knowledge, innovations and practices of women in indigenous and local communities relating to traditional medicines, biodiversity and indigenous technologies;
(ح) النظر في اعتماد تشريعات وطنية، حسب الاقتضاء، لحماية معارف النساء وابتكاراتهن وممارساتهن في مجتمعات الشعوب الأصلية والمجتمعات المحلية فيما يتعلق بالطب التقليدي، والتنوع البيولوجي، والتكنولوجيات المحلية؛

106 (a) Consider adopting, where appropriate, national legislation consistent with the Convention on Biological Diversity to protect the knowledge, innovations and practices of women in indigenous and local communities relating to traditional medicines, biodiversity and indigenous technologies; (AGREED)
106 (أ) النظر، حسب الاقتضاء، في اعتماد تشريع وطني يتسق مع اتفاقية التنوع البيولوجي لحماية معارف النساء وابتكاراتهن وممارساتهن في مجتمعات السكان الأصليين والمجتمعات المحلية فيما يتعلق بالطب التقليدي، والتنوع البيولوجي، والتكنولوجيات المحلية؛ (نص متفق عليه)
