The recommendations of the draft legislative guide would promote the establishment of predictable, equitable and transparent insolvency regimes that provided incentives for debtors and creditors to take the best decisions and thus increase the efficiency of the productive system.

25- السيدة كليفت (الأمانة): قالت إن التوصية 63 لم تُدرج في مشروع الدليل لأنها لا تشير على وجه التحديد إلى الدائنين المضمونين، غير أن بعض التوصيات التي لم تُختر للإدراج وثيقة الصلة بالطريقة التي تعمل بها أنظمة الإعسار وتمس جميع أنواع الدائنين.

The Commission's achievements were evidenced by, inter alia, the universal acceptance of its instruments on commercial arbitration, electronic commerce, international contractual practices, and transportation, banking and insolvency regimes.
