٤٦ - عملا على معالجة أولويات إدارة الموارد البيئية التي لا غنى عنها للتنمية المستدامة في الدول الجزرية الصغيرة النامية، تراعي الترتيبات المؤسسية واﻹدارية الوطنية على نحو متزايد طابع الترابط بين اﻷنشطة المضطلع بها على مساحتها البرية المحدودة.
