5. The secretariat has been informed that, in addition to those instruments listed in the report to the Council at its seventeenth session (UNEP/GC.17/10), the following conventions and protocols were also adopted during the period covered by that report (1 September 1990-30 June 1992):
٥ - أبلغت اﻷمانة بأنه، إضافة إلى تلك الصكوك المدرجة في التقرير المقدم إلى مجلس الادارة في دورته السابعة عشرة (UNEP/GC.17/10)، اعتمدت أيضا الاتفاقيات والبروتوكولات التالية خلال الفترة التي شملها ذلك التقرير )١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٠ - ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٢(:

(a) Subject to article 2 below, all persons within the territory of the Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall be entitled to enjoy the rights and freedoms provided for in the instruments listed in annex C.
)أ( مع مراعاة المادة ٢ أدناه، يكون لجميع اﻷشخاص داخل أراضي اتحاد جمهوريات البوسنة والهرسك الحق في التمتع بالحقوق والحريات المنصوص عليها في الصكوك المدرجة في المرفق جيم.

(a) Subject to Article V.2, all persons within the territory of the Union of Republics of Bosnia and Herzegovina shall be entitled to enjoy the rights and freedoms provided for in the instruments listed in Annex C.

(a) The Ombudsmen are to protect human dignity, rights and liberties as provided in the Constitutional Agreement and in the instruments listed in annex C thereto, and in the constitutions and legislation of the Constituent Republics, and in particular shall act to reverse the consequences of the violations of these rights and liberties and especially of ethnic cleansing.

4. His Government, as a party to all the instruments listed in the annex to the Secretary-General's report (A/57/99), called upon States in which crimes against diplomatic and consular missions and their personnel had been committed and the perpetrators of such crimes were being held in custody to take appropriate measures to prosecute and punish those persons.
