6. Decides that until 6 March 2014 the arms embargo on Somalia shall not apply to deliveries of weapons or military equipment or the provision of advice, assistance or training, intended solely for the development of the Security Forces of the Federal Government of Somalia, to provide security for the Somali people, except in relation to deliveries of the items set out in the annex to this resolution;

5. Decides that the measures imposed by paragraph 5 of resolution 733 (1992) and further elaborated in paragraphs 1 and 2 of resolution 1425 (2002) shall not apply to supplies of weapons and military equipment and technical training and assistance intended solely for the support of or use by the force referred to in paragraph 3 above;

The Council also partially lifted for a period of 12 months the arms embargo imposed on the country, in particular on specific supplies intended solely for the development of the security forces of the Federal Government of Somalia and to provide security for the Somali people.

(b) Supplies of weapons and military equipment, technical training and assistance intended solely for the support of or use by the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM);
(ب) الإمدادات من الأسلحة والمعدات العسكرية، والتدريب التقني والمساعدة، المخصصة حصرا لكي تدعم بها أو تستخدمها بعثة الاتحاد الأفريقي في الصومال؛

(d) Supplies of weapons and military equipment, technical training and assistance intended solely for the support of or use by the European Union Training Mission (EUTM) in Somalia;
(د) الإمدادات من الأسلحة والمعدات العسكرية، والتدريب التقني والمساعدة، المخصصة حصرا لكي تدعم بها أو تستخدمها بعثة التدريب التابعة للاتحاد الأوروبي في الصومال؛

(f) Supplies of arms and other related lethal equipment to the Ivorian security forces intended solely for the support of or use in the Ivorian process of security sector reform, as approved in advance by the Committee;
(و) إمدادات الأسلحة والمعدات الفتاكة المتصلة بها لقوات الأمن الإيفوارية المقصود بها حصرا دعم العملية التي تضطلع بها كوت ديفوار لإصلاح قطاع الأمن واستعمالها فيها، حسبما وافقت عليه مسبقا اللجنة؛

2. Decides that until 25 October 2014 the arms embargo on Somalia shall not apply to deliveries of weapons, ammunition or military equipment or the provision of advice, assistance or training, intended solely for the development of the Security Forces of the Federal Government of Somalia, to provide security for the Somali people, except in relation to deliveries of the items set out in the annex of resolution 2111 (2013);
