The Council also approved interim institutional arrangements for the participation of WSIS-accredited NGOs and civil society entities and WSIS-accredited private-sector entities in the work of CSTD, helping to ensure the meaningful and sustained engagement of non-governmental stakeholders in the WSIS follow-up process.
44- كما أقر المجلس ترتيبات مؤسسية مؤقتة لمشاركة المنظمات غير الحكومية التي تعتمدها القمة العالمية لمجتمع المعلومات وكيانات المجتمع المدني وكيانات القطاع الخاص التي تعتمدها القمة العالمية لمجتمع المعلومات على صعيد عمل لجنة تسخير العلم والتكنولوجيا لأغراض التنمية، فساعدت بذلك على كفالة الالتزام الهادف والمستدام من قِبل أصحاب المصلحة غير الحكوميين في عملية متابعة القمة العالمية لمجتمع المعلومات.

In such initial review, the Conference decided to extend until June 2015 the interim institutional arrangements with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the World Bank) as the trustee of the Adaptation Fund.
وقرر المؤتمر، في الاستعراض الأولي، أن يمدد حتى حزيران/يونيه 2015 الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة مع البنك الدولي للإنشاء والتعمير (البنك الدولي) بوصفه الوصي على صندوق التكيف.

The CMP further decided that the interim institutional arrangements with the Global Environment Facility (GEF) for the provision of secretariat services to the Adaptation Fund Board, as well as the interim institutional arrangements with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the World Bank) for the provision of trustee services to the Adaptation Fund, shall be reviewed at the sixth session of the CMP.
وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف كذلك أن يجري استعراض الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة مع مرفق البيئة العالمية لتقديم خدمات الأمانة إلى مجلس صندوق التكيف، وكذلك الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة مع البنك الدولي للإنشاء والتعمير (البنك الدولي) لتقديم خدمات القيّم على صندوق التكيف، في دورته السادسة().

(a) The interim institutional arrangements of the GEF acting as interim secretariat of the Adaptation Fund Board, as well as the interim institutional arrangements of the World Bank acting as the interim trustee for the Adaptation Fund and all matters related to the Adaptation Fund Board;
(أ) الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة لمرفق البيئة العالمية العامل بوصفه أمانة مؤقتة لمجلس صندوق التكيف، وكذلك الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة للبنك الدولي العامل بوصفه قيّماً مؤقتاً على صندوق التكيف وجميع المسائل المتعلقة بمجلس صندوق التكيف؛

The CMP further decided that the interim institutional arrangements with the Global Environment Facility (GEF) for the provision of secretariat services to the Adaptation Fund Board, as well as the institutional arrangements with the World Bank for the provision of trustee services to the Adaptation Fund, shall be reviewed at the sixth session of the CMP.
وقرر مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف كذلك أن يجري استعراض الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة مع مرفق البيئة العالمية لتقديم خدمات الأمانة إلى مجلس صندوق التكيف، وكذلك الترتيبات المؤسسية مع البنك الدولي للقيام بدور القيّم على صندوق التكيف، في دورته السادسة().

Reviewing the interim institutional arrangements with the GEF for the provision of secretariat services to the Adaptation Fund Board, as well as the interim institutional arrangements with the World Bank for the provision of trustee services to the Adaptation Fund, with a view to ensuring that such services meet the requirements of the work of the Adaptation Fund on a permanent basis;
(ب) استعراض الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة مع مرفق البيئة العالمية لتوفير خدمات الأمانة لمجلس صندوق التكيف، وكذلك الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة مع البنك الدولي للقيام بدور القيّم على صندوق التكيف، وذلك بهدف ضمان استيفاء مثل هذه الخدمات لمتطلبات عمل صندوق التكيف بشكل دائم؛

3. Decides that the interim institutional arrangements of the trustee of the Adaptation Fund, as provided by decision 1/CMP.3 and contained in the terms and conditions of services to be provided by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (the World Bank) as trustee of the Adaptation Fund, adopted by decision 1/CMP.4 and amended by decision 5/CMP.6, will be extended until June 2015;
٣- يقرر أن يمدد إلى حزيران/يونيو ٢٠١٥ الترتيبات المؤسسية المؤقتة للقيِّم على صندوق التكيف، على النحو المنصوص عليه في المقرر ١/م أإ-٣ والوارد في شروط وأحكام الخدمات التي سيقدمها البنك الدولي للإنشاء والتعمير (البنك الدولي) بوصفه القيِّم على صندوق التكيف، التي اعتُمدت بموجب المقرر ١/م أإ-٤ وعُدلت بموجب المقرر ٥/م أإ-٦؛

" 3.
