52. However, judgement RP 5896 of 30 January 2012 gives no legal analysis of these criminal acts and simply sentences all the accused for breach of internal State security.
52- بيد أن الحكم R.P. 5896 الصادر بتاريخ 30 كانون الثاني/يناير 2012 (المشار إليه فيما بعد " الحكم المطعون فيه " ) لا يجري أي تحليل قانوني لهذه الأفعال المعاقب عليها جنائياً، ويقتصر على إدانة جميع المتهمين بالمس بالأمن الداخلي للدولة.

In terms of suppression, the criminal offences are defined in Act No. 17,798, articles 8 to 17, and in the provisions contained in Act. No. 12,927 of 1975 on internal State Security, as well as Act. No. 18,314 of 1984, which defines terrorist acts and establishes the penalties. Such acts include illegal use of weapons and explosives.
وفيما يتعلق بقمع الجرائم الجنائية، تجدر الإشارة إلى المواد من 8 إلى 17 من القانون رقم 17-798 وأحكام القانون رقم 12-927 المؤرخ 1975 المتعلق بالأمن الداخلي للدولة وكذلك القانون رقم 18 - 314 الصادر عام 1984 والذي يحدد الأفعال الإرهابية والعقوبات المناسبة، وتشمل هذه الأفعال استخدام الأسلحة والمتفجرات بصورة غير مشروعة.
