The adoption by the Assembly of the United Nations Model Rules for the Conciliation of Disputes between States (resolution 50/50) is an important achievement in that these rules incorporated a number of innovations and the results of the most recent scholarly work and accumulated experience in the field of international conciliation.
ويشكل اعتماد الجمعية العامة قواعد اﻷمم المتحدة النموذجية للتوفيق في المنازعات التي تنشأ بين الدول )القرار ٥٠/٥٠( انجازا هاما يتمثل في أن هذه القواعد تضم عددا من الابتكارات ونتائج أحدث طروحات العلماء وخبراتهم المتراكمة في ميدان التوفيق الدولي.
