Recognizing the importance of international cooperation and its promotion in support of national efforts for the realization of the purpose and objectives of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, including for improving the living conditions of persons with disabilities in all countries, particularly developing countries and including least developed countries,
وإذ يعترف بأهمية التعاون الدولي وتعزيزه في دعم الجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى تحقيق أغراض وأهداف اتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، بما في ذلك تحسين ظروف عيش الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في جميع البلدان، لا سيما البلدان النامية، وبما فيها أقل البلدان نمواً،

Recalling the recognition by States parties to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities of the importance of international cooperation and its promotion, in support of national efforts for the realization of the purpose and objectives of the Convention, and that such measures are without prejudice to the obligation of each State party to fulfil their obligations under the Convention,

10. The Convention recognizes, in its article 32, the importance of international cooperation and its promotion for the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities and their full inclusion into all aspects of life.

27. Article 32 of the Convention, which recognized the importance of international cooperation and its promotion in support of national efforts for the realization of the purpose and objectives of the Convention, provided the normative framework to give persons with disabilities equal opportunities to participate in society and to combat poverty and exclusion.

10. Encourages States and regional integration organizations to facilitate and support capacity-building, including through the exchange and sharing of information, experiences and best practices on national implementation and monitoring of the Convention, in line with the recognition of the importance of international cooperation and its promotion in support of national efforts for the realization of the rights of persons with disabilities;
10- يشجع الدول ومنظمات التكامل الإقليمي على تسهيل ودعم بناء القدرات، بوسائل منها تبادل وتقاسم المعلومات والخبرات وأفضل الممارسات بشأن تنفيذ الاتفاقية ورصدها على الصعيد الوطني، وفقاً للاعتراف بأهمية التعاون الدولي وتعزيزه دعماً للجهود الوطنية الرامية إلى إعمال حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة؛
