123. The Conference urged the Member States, who have not yet done so to expeditiously sign and ratify the Convention on the Establishment of the Islamic Committee of the International Crescent, so that it can start its work and seek the achievement of its noble objectives. It called on all Member States and Islamic institutions to support its efforts financially and morally.
حث الدول الأعضاء التي لم توقع أو تصادق بعد على اتفاقية تأسيس اللجنة الإسلامية للهلال الدولي على المبادرة إلى ذلك والتوقيع والمصادقة عليها في أسرع وقت حتى تتمكن من مباشرة مهامها وتحقيق أهدافها النبيلة، ودعا جميع الدول الأعضاء والمؤسسات الإسلامية إلى مساندة جهودها ماديا ومعنويا.

4. Expresses its utmost thanks to the Republic of Niger for hosting the 21st Session of the Islamic Committee of the International Crescent, held in Niamey on 20-21 January 2006.
4 - يعرب عن فائق شكره لجمهورية النيجر على استضافتها لاجتماع الدورة الحادية والعشرين للجنة الإسلامية للهلال الدولي التي انعقدت بنيامي يومي 20 و 21 كانون الثاني/يناير 2006م.

Having taken cognizance of the report of the 20th Session of the Islamic Committee of the International Crescent which took place in Sana'a, Republic of Yemen, 5-6 December, 2004;
وإذ أخذ علما بتقرير الدورة العشرين للجنة الإسلامية للهلال الدولي التي عقدت في صنعاء - الجمهورية اليمنية يومي 5 و 6 كانون الأول/ديسمبر2004م.

Calls on the Islamic Committee of the International Crescent to exert efforts regarding refugees and detainees and provide for their care and protection in collaboration with the UN High Commissioner's Office for Refugees and the International Committee of Red Cross and other relevant regional and international organizations;

148. The Conference called on the Islamic Committee of the International Crescent to put in efforts and protect refugees and prisoners in cooperation with the UNHCR, the International Committee of the Red Cross and other related regional and international institutions.
148 - دعا اللجنة الإسلامية للهلال الدولي إلى بذل الجهود لتوفير أسباب الرعاية والحماية للاجئين والأسرى بالتعاون مع مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لشؤون اللاجئين واللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر وغيرهما من الهيئات الإقليمية والدولية ذات الصلة.

4 - يعرب عن فائق شكره لجمهورية السنغال على استضافتها لاجتماع الدورة التاسعة عشرة للجنة الإسلامية للهلال الدولي التي انعقد بدكار يومي 9 و 10 ديسمبر 2003م، ويشيد بقرارها الانضمام إلى اتفاقية إنشاء اللجنة.

It underscores the efforts made by the State of Qatar in the field of relief operation and alleviation of human suffering in several parts of the Islamic world.
4- يعرب عن فائق شكره لدولة قطر على استضافتها لاجتماع الدورة الثامنة عشر للجنة الإسلامية للهلال الدولي التي انعقد بالدوحة يومي 28 و 29 أكتوبر 2002م، وينوه بالجهود التي تبذلها دولة قطر في مجالات الإغاثة وتخفيف المعاناة الإنسانية في عدد من مناطق العالم الإسلامي.

1. Urges the Member States which have not yet signed or ratified the Articles of Agreement of the Islamic Committee of the International Crescent to do so as soon as possible so as to enable it to carry out its tasks and realize its noble objectives, invites all Member States and Islamic institutions to extend material and moral support to the Committee so that it may implement its programmes.
1- حث الدول الأعضاء التي لم توقع أو تصادق بعد على اتفاقية تأسيس اللجنة الإسلامية للهلال الدولي على المبادرة إلى ذلك والتوقيع والمصادقة عليها في أسرع وقت حتى تتمكن من مباشرة مهامها وتحقيق أهدافها النبيلة، ودعوة جميع الدول الأعضاء والمؤسسات الإسلامية إلى مساندة جهود اللجنة الإسلامية للهلال الدولي ماديا ومعنويا من أجل تحقيق برامجها.

147.
