٣ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام والمدير التنفيذي لبرنامج اﻷمم المتحدة للبيئة اتخاذ جميع الخطوات اللازمة لضمان نجاح الاحتفال باليوم الدولي للتنوع البيولوجي.
