In order to ensure success, they should be carefully planned and budgeted and have a clearly defined and realistic mandate which reflected the new emphasis on reconciliation, establishment of democratic institutions, human rights, the rule of law and the mobilization of international economic assistance to promote peace, reconstruction and nation-building.
وتكلل هذه العمليات بالنجاح يستلزم التخطيط ورصد الميزانيات لها بعناية كما يستلزم أن تكون لها ولاية محددة بوضوح وواقعية يتجلى فيها التشديد الجديد على المصالحة وإقامة المؤسسات الديمقراطية ومراعاة حقوق الإنسان وسيادة القانون وتعبئة المساعدة الاقتصادية الدولية من أجل تشجيع السلام والتعمير وبناء الدولة.

7 - تشدد على الترابط الوثيق بين الاختتام الناجح لعملية السلام واستئناف النشاط الاقتصادي في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية، وتشدد على الحاجة إلى زيادة المساعدة الاقتصادية الدولية في هذا الشأن؛

11. Emphasizes that the consolidation of peace and the resumption of economic activity in the Democratic Republic of the Congo are inextricably linked, and calls for further international economic assistance in this regard;
11 - تشدد على أن توطيد السلام واستئناف النشاط الاقتصادي في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية أمران مترابطان بشكل لا انفصام له وتدعو إلى زيادة المساعدة الاقتصادية الدولية في هذا الشأن؛

In conclusion, this is the most appropriate time to show that the international community is strongly committed to supporting and ensuring compliance by all parties with the provisions of the Peace Agreement and that international economic assistance is conditional upon compliance with and the implementation of the Peace Agreement.
ختاما نقول إن هذا أنسب وقت ندلل فيه على أن المجتمع الدولي يلتزم التزاما قويا بدعم وضمان امتثال جميع اﻷطراف ﻷحكام اتفاق السلام، وأن المساعدة الاقتصادية الدولية ستكون مشروطة بالامتثال لاتفاق السلام وبتنفيذه.
