1.1 International law is made up of various legal instruments on human rights and international humanitarian law which have been ratified by the Democratic Republic of the Congo. These include:

6. 6 - لا تنطبق قوانين التقادم على الانتهاكات الجسيمة للقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان والانتهاكات الخطيرة للقانون الإنساني الدولي التي تشكل جرائم بموجب القانون الدولي، متى نصت على ذلك معاهدة منطبقة أو متى ورد ذلك في التزامات قانونية دولية أخرى.

4. Provisions laid down in this Protocol are without prejudice to existing or future international humanitarian law which provide for stricter obligations or which have wider applicability.
4- لا تخل الأحكام المنصوص عليها في هذا البروتوكول بالأحكام الحالية أو المقبلة للقانون الإنساني الدولي التي تنص على التزامات أشد أو على نطاق تطبيق أوسع.
