UNIDO's capacity to promote business partnerships is strengthened considerably by the networks of Investment and Technology Promotion Offices (ITPOs), Investment Promotion Units (IPUs), international technology Centres, and Subcontracting and Partnership Exchanges (SPXs) as well as the Asia-Africa Investment and Technology Promotion Centre.
