Encouraging Member States that have not yet done so to enact domestic criminal legislation to combat international trafficking in women and children,
وإذ يشجع الدول اﻷعضاء التي لم تسن بعد تشريعات جنائية داخلية لمكافحة جميع جوانب الاتجار الدولي بالنساء واﻷطفال على أن تفعل ذلك،

Cooperation will be sought with the Centre for International Crime Prevention at the United Nations Office at Vienna to cover action to combat international trafficking in women and children.
وسيُسعى إلى إقامة تعاون مع مركز منع الجريمة الدولية بمكتب اﻷمم المتحدة في فيينا لكي يشمل نشاطه مكافحة الاتجار الدولي بالنساء واﻷطفال.

Considering the need to supplement the provisions of the Convention against Transnational Organized Crime by the adoption of an agreement that deals in particular with international trafficking in women and children,
إذ تضع في اعتبارها الحاجة الى استكمال أحكام اتفاقية مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية عن طريق اعتماد اتفاق يتناول بشكل خاص الاتجار الدولي بالنساء واﻷطفال ،

1. The objective of this Protocol is the prevention, suppression and punishment of international trafficking in women and children.
١ - الهدف من هذا البروتوكول هو منع الاتجار الدولي بالنساء واﻷطفال وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه .

(c) To adopt relevant penal and administrative provisions for the purpose of preventing, suppressing and punishing international trafficking in women and children;
)ج( بأن تعتمد اﻷحكام الجزائية والادارية ذات الصلة لغرض منع الاتجار الدولي بالنساء واﻷطفال وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه ؛

States Parties shall cooperate with non-States parties in the prevention, suppression and punishment of illicit international trafficking in women and children and in the protection and care of women and children victims of such unlawful acts.
تتعاون الدول اﻷطراف مع الدول غير اﻷطراف في منع الاتجار الدولي بالنساء واﻷطفال وقمعه والمعاقبة عليه وفي حماية ورعاية النساء واﻷطفال ضحايا مثل هذه اﻷفعال غير المشروعة .

(b) Establish methods for systematic gathering of data and promotion of research to determine the modus operandi of international trafficking in women and children;

States Parties shall safeguard the interests of victims of international trafficking in women and children and take steps to ensure that the conduct of any proceedings instituted under this Agreement remain confidential at all times.
