كما تجدد حكومة جمهورية العراق الدعوة إلى هذه الدول المشاركة في العدوان بالوقف الفوري لهذه الأعمال غير المشروعة دوليا التي تنتهك سيادة العراق وتعرض أمنه وسلامته لأخطار جسيمة كما أنها تشكل تهديدا مباشرا وجديا للسلم والأمن الدوليين.

His delegation was not in favour of making provision for situations in which a State occupying, controlling or administering a territory other than its own exercised diplomatic protection on behalf of its residents. Since such occupation was internationally unlawful, it could not form a legal basis for the exercise of diplomatic protection.
