39. The settlement of disputes mechanism provided for in article 66 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties between States and International Organizations or between International Organizations appears in some respects more complex than the one adopted by the Commission, particularly as far as disputes regarding the application or interpretation of articles 53 or 64 of the Convention are concerned.
39 - وتنص المادة 66 من اتفاقية فيينا لقانون المعاهدات بين الدول والمنظمات الدولية أو فيما بين المنظمات الدولية() على آلية لتسوية المنازعات تبدو في بعض جوانبها أكثر تعقيدا من الآلية التي اعتمدتها اللجنة، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالمنازعات المتصلة بتطبيق أو تفسير المادتين 53 و 64 من الاتفاقية.
