١ - تقرر عقد اجتماع تذكاري خاص للجمعية العامة بمناسبة الذكرى السنوية الخمسين لبدء نفاذ ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، وذلك في مقر اﻷمم المتحدة في الفترة من ٢٢ الى ٢٤ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٥؛

1. Decides to convene a special commemorative meeting of the General Assembly on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the entry into force of the Charter of the United Nations, to be held at United Nations Headquarters from 22 to 24 October 1995;

Following consideration of this mandate, resolution 48/215 B was adopted on 26 May this year, when the Assembly decided to convene a special commemorative meeting on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the entry into force of the Charter of the United Nations, to be held at United Nations Headquarters from 22 to 24 October 1995.
وعلى إثر النظر في هذه الولاية، اتخذ القرار ٤٨/٢١٥ باء في ٢٦ أيار/مايو من هذا العام، وبمقتضاه قررت الجمعية العامة عقد اجتماع تذكاري خاص في مناسبة الذكرى السنوية الخمسين لبدء نفاذ ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة، على أن يُعقد في مقر اﻷمم المتحدة في الفترة من ٢٢ إلى ٢٤ تشرين اﻷول/اكتوبر ١٩٩٥.
