Uganda indicated that it will fulfill its obligations no later than 10 years after entry into force of the Convention for it subject to the successful outcome of peace negotiations, the eventual end to conflict and support from like-minded States Parties.
وأفادت أوغندا بأنها سوف تفي بتعهداتها في موعد لا يتجاوز 10 سنوات بعد دخول الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ بالنسبة لها رهناً بوصول مفاوضات السلام إلى نتيجة ناجحة، وإنهاء النـزاع في نهاية المطاف والحصول على دعم من الدول الأطراف ذات التفكير المماثل.
