15.1 Upon the entry into force of this Settlement, there shall be a 120 day transition period:

7.2 The Republic of Serbia shall return or transfer all such archives within six months of the entry into force of this Settlement.

Recruitment shall begin shortly after the entry into force of this Settlement in order to ensure an initial operational capability within one year of the conclusion of the transition period as set forth in Article 15 of this Settlement.
ويبدأ التعيين بُعَيد بدء نفاذ هذه التسوية لكفالة وجود قدرة تشغيلية أولية في غضون سنة من اختتام الفترة الانتقالية على النحو المحدد في المادة 15 من هذه التسوية.

The Assembly of Kosovo shall formally approve the Constitution within 120 days of the entry into force of this Settlement with a two thirds majority of its current members, following appropriate consultations with Assembly members of Communities who are not in the majority in Kosovo.

12.7 The ISG shall conduct its first review of the mandate of the ICR, on the basis of the state of implementation of this Settlement, no later than two years after the entry into force of this Settlement.
12-7 تجري اللجنة التوجيهية الدولية استعراضها الأول لولاية الممثل المدني الدولي، بالاستناد إلى حالة تنفيذ هذه التسوية، في موعد لا يتجاوز سنتين بعد بدء نفاذ هذه التسوية.

11.1 No later than 9 months from the entry into force of this Settlement, Kosovo shall organize general and municipal elections in accordance with the terms of this Settlement and the new municipal boundaries, as defined by its Annex III. The elections shall require certification by a competent international authority as having met international standards.
11-1 تنظم كوسوفو في موعد لا يتجاوز تسعة أشهر من بدء نفاذ هذه التسوية انتخابات عامة وبلدية وفقا لأحكام هذه التسوية والحدود البلدية الجديدة، على النحو المحدد بالمرفق الثالث لهذه التسوية. وتقتضي الانتخابات تصديقا من سلطة دولية مختصة تقر بوفاء هذه الانتخابات بالمعايير الدولية.

15.2.2 Kosovo shall continue to be bound, on the basis of reciprocity where appropriate, by all international agreements and other arrangements in the area of international cooperation that were concluded by UNMIK for and on behalf of Kosovo, and which are in effect on the date of the entry into force of this Settlement.
15-2-2 تظل كوسوفو ملتزمة، على أساس المعاملة بالمثل عند الاقتضاء، بجميع الاتفاقات والترتيبات الدولية الأخرى في مجال التعاون الدولي التي أبرمتها بعثة الأمم المتحدة للإدارة المؤقتة في كوسوفو من أجل كوسوفو أو بالنيابة عنها، ولا تزال نافذة وقت بدء نفاذ هذه التسوية.

3.3 Kosovo shall engage with the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia to establish a joint technical commission within 120 days of the entry into force of this Settlement to physically demarcate the border and address other issues arising from the implementation of the 2001 agreement between the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
3-3 تبحث كوسوفو مع جمهورية مقدونيا اليوغوسلافية السابقة في تشكيل لجنة تقنية مشتركة في غضون 120 يوما من بدء نفاذ هذه التسوية لرسم الحدود ماديا ومعالجة المسائل الأخرى الناجمة عن تنفيذ اتفاق عام 2001 بين جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية وجمهورية مقدونيا اليوغوسلافية السابقة.

5.1 Based upon the recommendations of the ICR, the International Steering Group shall establish benchmarks for a periodical review of the mandate of the ICR, and shall conduct a full review of the powers of the ICR no later than two years after the entry into force of this Settlement, with a view to gradually reducing the scope of the powers of the ICR and the frequency of intervention.
5-1 يقوم الفريق التوجيهي الدولي، استنادا إلى توصيات الممثل المدني الدولي، بوضع نقاط قياس مرجعية لغرض إجراء استعراض دوري لولاية الممثل، ويجري استعراضا شاملا لصلاحيات الممثل بعد فترة لا تزيد عن سنتين من بدء نفاذ هذه التسوية بغية تقليص نطاق صلاحيات الممثل وتخفيض تواتر التدخلات بشكل تدريجي.

11.2 All persons of voting age on the day of the relevant election who on the date of the entry into force of this Settlement are registered as habitual residents, or those residing outside Kosovo who left Kosovo on or after 1 January 1998 and on the date of the entry into force of this Settlement meet the criteria for being registered as habitual residents, shall have the right to vote in these elections in accordance with the law.
11-2 يحق التصويت في هذه الانتخابات، وفقا للقانون، لجميع الأشخاص البالغين سن الاقتراع في يوم الانتخاب ذي الصلة الذين سُجلوا في موعد بدء نفاذ هذه التسوية باعتبارهم مقيمين بصفة اعتيادية أو المقيمين خارج كوسوفو الذين غادروها في 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 1998 أو بعد ذلك التاريخ وتنطبق عليهم في تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه التسوية معايير التسجيل باعتبارهم مقيمين بصفة اعتيادية.
