3. In addition, they reiterated their call on all States to refrain from promulgating and applying measures of this kind, such as the well-known Helms-Burton Act, and to take the necessary steps to repeal or invalidate them as soon as possible.

In the spirit of resolution 57/11, Myanmar urges States that continue to apply such laws and measures to take the necessary steps to repeal or invalidate them as soon as possible.
وامتثالا لروح القرار 57/11، تحث ميانمار الدول التي تواصل تطبيق قوانين وتدابير من ذلك النوع أن تتخذ الخطوات الضرورية لإلغائها أو إبطالها في أقرب وقت ممكن.
