Decision 13/CP.1 on transfer of technology provides that the documents requested, namely the progress report, inventory and assessment and terms of transfer, are to be considered by the SBSTA, and the SBSTA is to provide advice to the secretariat.
٠١- ينص القرار ٣١/ م أ - ١ بشأن نقل التكنولوجيا على أن الوثائق المطلوبة، وهي التقرير المرحلي وجرد وتقييم التكنولوجيات وشروط نقلها، ينبغي أن ينظر فيها بواسطة الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية، كما ينبغي لهذه الهيئة أن تقدم المشورة الى اﻷمانة.
