At its 3rd plenary meeting, on 23 September 1994, the General Assembly, on the recommendation of the General Committee, decided to include in the agenda of its forty-ninth session the item entitled: " Financing of the activities arising from Security Council resolution 687 (1991): United Nations Iraq-Kuwait Observation Mission " and to allocate it to the Fifth Committee.
١ - قررت الجمعية العامة، في جلستها العامة ٣، المعقودة في ٢٣ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤، بناء على توصية المكتب، أن تدرج في جدول أعمال دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين البند المعنون: " تمويل اﻷنشطة الناشئة عن قرار مجلس اﻷمن ٦٨٧ )١٩٩١(: بعثة اﻷمم المتحدة للمراقبة في العراق والكويت " وأن تحيله إلى اللجنة الخامسة.
