The group then went to the Iraqi Atomic Energy Agency in the Tuwaythah area, where it requested to see one of the staff members.

1. A single inspector left the Canal Hotel at 9 a.m. and went to the closed-down Salman site to observe the process of transferring equipment and barrels to a storage facility of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Organization.
1 - المجموعة الأولى: وضمت مفتشا واحدا تحرك من فندق القناة في الساعة 00/9 ووصل إلى موقع السلام الملغي وشهد عملية نقل معدات وبراميل إلى أحد مخازن منظمة الطاقة الذرية العراقية.

2. A group of two inspectors left the Canal Hotel at 9.15 a.m. and went to the Shaykhali warehouses belonging to companies of the Military Industrialization Corporation, the Ministry of Housing and Construction, the Electricity Corporation and the Iraqi Atomic Energy Organization 25 kilometres south of Baghdad.
2 - المجموعة الثانية: تحركت المجموعة المكونة من مفتشين اثنين من فندق القناة في الساعة 15/9 ووصلت إلى مخازن الشيخلي التابعة إلى شركات هيئة التصنيع العسكري ووزارة الإسكان والتعمير وهيئة الكهرباء ومنظمة الطاقة الذرية العراقية والواقعة على مسافة 25 كم جنوبي بغداد.

I. IAEA inspection team 1. A first group of five inspectors left the Canal Hotel at 9.45 a.m. for the site of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Organization at Tuwaythah.
1 - المجموعة الأولى: تحركت المجموعة المكونة من خمسة مفتشين من فندق القناة في الساعة 45/09 ووصلت إلى موقع التويثة التابع لمنظمة الطاقة الذرية العراقية.

1. A first group, consisting of eight inspectors, left the Canal Hotel in Baghdad at 9.20 a.m. and arrived at 9.50 a.m. at the Iraqi Atomic Energy Organization at Tuwaythah.
1 - المجموعة الأولى: انطلقت المجموعة المكونة من ثمانية مفتشين من فندق القناة ببغداد في الساعة 20/09، ووصلت في الساعة 50/09 إلى منظمة الطاقة الذرية العراقية في التويثة.

12. Discussions along those lines were initiated in 1996 when it was volunteered, by Dr. Halim Al Hajjaj, the Vice-Chairman of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Commission (IAEC), that he maintained a file of such instances, which he offered to make available to IAEA in the near future.

The remainder of the declaration, covering the post-1991 period, provides a description of the activities which were or are being conducted at current and former Iraqi Atomic Energy Commission (IAEC) sites, at locations established since 1991 to which a number of former IAEC personnel were transferred, as well as at other industrial locations that supported the weapons development programme in the past.

3. The Iraqi Atomic Energy Commission received two empty bottles from the IAEA inspection team, which it is to fill with liquid nitrogen from its stocks so that the Agency will have what it needs to operate the radiation analysis equipment.
ثالثا - تسلمت منظمة الطاقة الذرية العراقية من فريق تفتيش الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية قنينتين فارغتين لغرض تعبئتها بالنيتروجين المسال من خزين منظمة الطاقة الذرية العراقية لحاجة مفتشي الوكالة له في تشغيل أجهزة التحليل الإشعاعي.

The programme, which had been assigned to the laser group within the Physics Department of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Commission (Tuwaitha), was stated to have continued, without success, until 1987, when it had been relegated to a " watching brief " .
وقيل إن البرنامج، الذي كُلف به فريق الليزر داخل إدارة الفيزياء بهيئة الطاقة الذرية العراقية )التويثة( استمر بدون نجاح حتى عام ١٩٨٧، عندما أنزلت مرتبته إلى " مرحلة مراقبة وإحاطة " .

A team of seven inspectors left the Canal Hotel in Baghdad at 8.30 a.m. and arrived at the Iraqi Atomic Energy Commission site at Tuwaythah at 8.55 a.m. Upon arriving, the team inspected the facilities housing the neutron generator, the trade department, physics department, laser research laboratories and the storage facility for liquid nitrogen.
تحرك الفريق المكون من سبعة مفتشين من فندق القناة ببغداد في الساعة 30/8، ووصل في الساعة 55/8 إلى موقع التويثة (موقع منظمة الطاقة الذرية العراقية). وفتش الفريق حال وصوله بناية المولد النيوتروني والدائرة التجارية ودائرة الفيزياء ومختبرات بحوث الليزر وبناية النايتروجين السائل.

3. A third group of three inspectors left the Canal Hotel at 9.45 a.m. Using portable equipment, it carried out radiation surveys between the Bu'Aytha area and the Yusufiyah area, where there are farms on the river bank opposite the premises of the Iraqi Atomic Energy Organization, as well as military units, in order to detect possible radioactive activities.
3 - المجموعة الثالثة: تحركت المجموعة المكونة من ثلاثة مفتشين من فندق القناة في الساعة 45/09 أجرت المجموعة عملية المسح الإشعاعي بواسطة الأجهزة المحمولة من منطقة (البوعيثة) ولغاية منطقة (اليوسوفية) والتي شملت مزارع تقع على حافة النهر المقابلة لمنظمة الطاقة الذرية العراقية وبعض الوحدات العسكرية لغرض الكشف عن أي نشاط إشعاعي مزعوم.
