34- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تنظر في التصديق على معاهدتي الأمم المتحدة الأساسيتين لحقوق الإنسان اللتين لم تنضم إليهما بعد وهما اتفاقية حماية جميع العمال الهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم، والاتفاقية الدولية لحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري.

Therefore, the Committee encourages the Government of Mauritius to consider ratifying the treaty to which it is not yet a party, that is, the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families.
ولهذا فإن اللجنة تشجع حكومة موريشيوس على التفكير في التصديق على المعاهدة التي لم تصبح بعد طرفيا فيها، ألا وهي الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم.
