4.2 On 15 September 2009, the above-mentioned information from the author was shared with the State party, along with a reminder of the Committee's request, pursuant to rule 92 of its rules of procedure, to the State party to take measures to ensure the protection of the author and her family while her case is under consideration by the Committee.

On 6 October 2005, the State party informed the Committee that it would stay the enforcement of the decision to expel the complainant to Iran while the case is under consideration by the Committee.

3.4 The author asks the Committee to request Sweden, pursuant to rule 108, paragraph 9, of the rules of procedure, not to return her to Zaire while her communication is under consideration by the Committee.
٣-٤ ومقدمة البلاغ تطلب إلى اللجنة أن تطلب إلى السويد، عملا بالفقرة ٩ من القاعدة ١٠٨ من النظام الداخلي، ألا تعيدها إلى زائير في فترة وجود بلاغها قيد نظر اللجنة.

4.1 The State party, by submission of 1 April 1993, concedes that all criminal appeals available to the author have been exhausted and undertakes not to carry out the death sentence against the author while his communication is under consideration by the Committee.
٤-١ توافق الدولة الطرف، في رسالتها المؤرخة ١ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٣، بأن صاحب البلاغ قد استوفى جميع سبل الاستئناف الجنائي المتاحة، وتتعهد بعدم تنفيذ حكم الاعدام فيه طالما كان بلاغه قيد نظر اللجنة.

1.2 On 12 November 2002, the State party was requested, pursuant to rule 108, paragraph 1, of the Committee's rules of procedure, not to expel the complainant while his complaint is under consideration by the Committee.

8. The Committee notes with appreciation the information given by the State party that the author and his family will not be expelled while the communication is under consideration by the Committee (rules of procedure, art. 108, para. 9).
٨ - تحيط اللجنة علما مع التقدير بالمعلومات التي قدمتها الدولة الطرف بأنها لن تطرد مقدم البلاغ وأسرته في الفترة التي يكون فيها البلاغ قيد نظر اللجنة )الفقرة ٩، المادة ١٠٨ من النظام الداخلي(.

4.1 On 26 November 1997 the Committee, acting through its Special Rapporteur for new communications, transmitted the communication to the State party for comments and requested the State party not to expel the author to Turkey while his communication is under consideration by the Committee.
٤-١ في ٢٦ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٧، أحالت اللجنة هذا البلاغ، عن طريق مقررها الخاص المكلف بالبلاغات الجديدة، إلى الدولة الطرف التماسا لتعليقاتها، وطلبت إلى الدولة الطرف عدم إبعاد مقدم البلاغ إلى تركيا ما دام بلاغه قيد نظر اللجنة.
