2 - يطالب الإيسيسكو مواصلة برمجة متابعة الإصلاح في الجامعة ضمن خطط المنظمة وبرامجها المستقبلية بما في ذلك قيام الخبراء بتفقد أحوال الجامعة ميدانيا مرة واحدة كل سنة أو أكثر من ذلك إن دعا الضرورة، ومتابعة مجلس أمناء الجامعة وإدارتها تنفيذ اليوصيات التي جاءت في التقرير.

16. Welcomes the Decision of the Fourth Islamic Conference of Culture Ministers whereby Makkah-al-Mukarramah was proclaimed Capital of Islamic Culture for the year 2005, applauds the festivities and activities being implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and ISESCO to celebrate this event and adopts ISESCO's list of Islamic culture capitals for the next years until 2014.
16 - يرحب بقرار المؤتمر الإسلامي الرابع لوزراء الثقافة، باعتماد مكة المكرمة عاصمة للثقافة الإسلامية لعام 2005، ويشيد بالاحتفالات والأنشطة التي ستنفذها المملكة العربية السعودية والإيسيسكو بهذه المناسبة، ويعتمد قائمة عواصم الثقافة الإسلامية المقترحة من الإيسيسكو إلى غاية عام 2014.

122. The Conference welcomed ISESCO's consent to review the University's curricula, award a number of scholarships and printing machines with the standard Quranic typeset, and connect it with a number of Arab and Islamic institutions in order to develop library services and restore its written materials.
122 - رحب بموافقة الإيسيسكو على مراجعة المقررات والمناهج التربوية للجامعة وبتوفيرها لعدد من المنح الدراسية وآلات الطباعة بالحرف القرآني المنمط، وبربط الجامعة بعدد من المؤسسات العربية والإسلامية لتطوير خدمات المكتبة وترميم المخطوطات بها.

4. Requests ISESCO to continue programming the follow-up of the University reform in ISESCO's future plans and programmes, including sending experts to conduct advisory visits to the University once or more annually, if necessary. It requests the University Board of Trustees and Administration to follow up the implementation, as soon as possible, of the RESOLUTIONS contained in the report.
4 - يطالب الإيسيسكو مواصلة برمجة متابعة الإصلاح في الجامعة ضمن خطط المنظمة وبرامجها المستقبلية بما في ذلك قيام الخبراء بتفقد أحوال الجامعة ميدانيا مرة واحدة كل سنة أو أكثر من ذلك إن دعا الضرورة، ومتابعة مجلس أمناء الجامعة وإدارتها تنفيذ التوصيات التي جاءت في التقرير.

Highly appreciates ISESCO's initiative to set a Special Programme to honour scholors in the Islamic World in the various fields of Science and Technology, by awarding them Prizes in recognition of their endeavours, and in a bid to motivate them to conduct further research that would help enhance scientific research in Member States and enable the latter to attain the level of developed countries in the areas of Science and Technology.
14 - يقدر عاليا مبادرة الإيسيسكو بوضع برنامج خاص بتكريم علماء من العالم الإسلامي في مختلف مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا، من خلال إعطائهم جوائز تقديرية، وذلك لحفزهم على مزيد من البحث، بما سيسهم في تطوير البحث العلمي في الدول الأعضاء وتمكينها من الارتقاء إلى مصاف البلدان المتقدمة علميا وتكنولوجيا.

11. Lauds ISESCO's initiative to host the meeting of the United Nations/OIC Focal Points in its new headquarters in Rabat on 11-13 July 2006, which is going to be held for the first time outside the premises of the United Nations and in an Islamic country.
11 - يشيد بمبادرة الإيسيسكو باستضافة الاجتماع الدوري لنقاط الاتصال بين منظومتي المؤتمر الإسلامي والأمم المتحدة في مقرها الجديد بالرباط من 11 إلى 13 تموز/يوليه 2006، الذي يعقد لأول مرة خارج مقرات الأمم المتحدة وفي بلد إسلامي.

13. Supports the programme of ISESCO's Ambassadors for Dialogue among Cultures and Civilizations, and welcomes the approval of His Excellency Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad, former Prime Minister of Malaysia, His Royal Highness Prince al-Hassan bin Talal and His Excellency Dr. Amadou-Mahtar M'Bow, ex-Director General of UNESCO, to be ISESCO's Ambassadors for Dialogue among Cultures and Civilizations.
13 - يدعم برنامج سفراء الإيسيسكو للحوار بين الحضارات والثقافات ويرحب باستجابة دولة رئيس وزراء ماليزيا السابق الدكتور مهاتير محمد، وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير الحسن بن طلال، ومعالي الدكتور المختار مبو، المدير العام الأسبق لليونسكو بأن يكونوا سفراء للإيسيسكو لتعزيز الحوار بين الحضارات.

9. Welcomes ISESCO's aporoval of the task of reviewing the educational programmes and curricula of the University, ISESCO's offer of a number of scholarships and printing machines with standardized Quranic characters, as well as the linking of the University with a number of Arab and Islamic Institutions to develop library services and their restoration of manuscripts therein.

8. Expresses gratitude and appreciation to the Islamic Republic of Iran for kindly accepting to host the Sessions of ISESCO's Executive Council and General Conference, in December 2003, and commends ISESCO's initiative to exempt the Islamic Republic of Iran from paying US$ 500,000 of its arrears and allocating them to the reconstruction of educational, scientific and cultural institutions destroyed by the Bam earthquake.

Takes pride in the UN Economic and Social Council's decision to grant ISESCO observer status in the Council, which is indicative of the international community's appreciation of ISESCO's mission and role in promoting the culture of justice and peace, and propagating the values of dialogue among civilizations.
13 - يعرب عن ترحيبه واعتزازه بقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي لمنظمة الأمم المتحدة منح الإيسيسكو صفة عضو مراقب في المجلس، وهو قرار يعبر عن تقدير المجتمع الدولي لرسالة الإيسيسكو وللدور الذي تقوم به في مجال تطوير الحركة التربوية والعلمية في الدول الأعضاء وتعزيز ثقافة العدل والسلم، ونشر قيم الحوار بين الثقافات والحضارات.

Commends ISESCO's efforts to support the educational and scientific institutions in the Member States, particularly in Iran, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Somalia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Azerbaijan and the Islamic countries hit by Tsunami, and urges Member States and donor institutions to contribute to the support and rehabilitation of those institutions within the framework of ISESCO's relevant activities.
7 - يقدّر للإيسيسكو جهودها في مجال دعم المؤسسات التربوية والعلمية في الدول الأعضاء وبخاصة في إيران والبوسنة والهرسك والصومال وأفغانستان والعراق وأذربيجان، وفي البلدان الإسلامية المتضررة من زلزال تسوماني، ويحث الدول الأعضاء والمؤسسات المانحة على الإسهام في دعم هذه المؤسسات وإعادة إعمارها في إطار أنشطة الإيسيسكو ذات الصلة.

21. Expresses its sincere gratitude to the Kingdom of Morocco (Seat Country) and to its Sovereign, His Majesty King Mohamed VI for kindly patronizing a number of ISESCO's activities in Morocco, for addressing lofty messages to the participants and for the continuous support of His Majesty's government, which enabled ISESCO to fulfill its mission in the best possible way.
