The Conference called for coordination of efforts of the Muslim world and of the international community to discuss the problem of Islamic Charitable societies and consider the possibility of organizing an international conference in collaboration with the United Nations to find solutions to the problems and difficulties currently hampering their work.
55 - دعا المؤتمر إلى تنسيق جهود العالم الإسلامي مع جهود المجتمع الدولي لمناقشة مشاكل الجمعيات الخيرية الإسلامية ودراسة إمكانية تنظيم مؤتمر دولي لأجل إيجاد الحلول للمشاكل والصعوبات التي تعترض عملها في الوقت الراهن بالتعاون مع الأمم المتحدة.

5. Welcomes the existing cooperation between ISESCO and the General Secretariat of the Waqfs and the World Islamic Charitable Foundation in Kuwait to look after the Waqfs and to develop them, and to organize specialized scientific symposia and to publish studies and research papers on the subject in Arabic, French and English.
5 - يرحب بالتعاون القائم بين الإيسيسكو والأمانة العامة للأوقاف والهيئة الخيرية الإسلامية العالمية بالكويت للعناية بالأوقاف وتنميتها، والقيام بتنظيم ندوات علمية متخصصة وإصدار دراسات وبحوث في هذا الموضوع باللغات العربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية.

5. Commends the Islamic Solidarity Fund for its continued support to finance the main part of the annual budget of the University and urges the Member States, the IDB and the Islamic Charitable institutions to extend urgent financial and material assistance for the benefit of the University's operating budget.
5 - كما يشيد بالدعم المتواصل الذي يقدمه صندوق التضامن الإسلامي لتمويل الجانب الأكبر من الميزانية السنوية للجامعة، ويحث الدول الأعضاء والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية والمؤسسات الخيرية الإسلامية على تقديم المساعدات المالية والمادية العاجلة لصالح الميزانية التشغيلية للجامعة.

1. Appeals to all Member States, IDB, the Islamic Solidarity Fund, the Joma'a Majid Foundation in the Arab United Emirates, and other Islamic Charitable institutions to extend material support to the Regional Institute of Islamic Studies and Research in Timbuktu so that it may achieve its objectives. It also invites Member States to provide the institute with researchers and technicians.
1 - يناشد الدول الأعضاء وصندوق التضامن الإسلامي ومؤسسة جمعة الماجد بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وغيرها من المؤسسات الخيرية الإسلامية تقديم الدعم المادي إلى المعهد الإقليمي للدراسات والبحوث الإسلامية في تمبكتو لتمكينه من تحقيق أهدافه، كما يدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى تزويد المعهد بالباحثين والفنيين.

36 - وفي 24 آب/أغسطس، اندلعت اشتباكات مسلحة عنيفة في منطقة برج أبي حيدر ببيروت بين مناصري حزب الله وجمعية المشاريع الخيرية الإسلامية (الأحباش)، وهي جماعة سنية متحالفة سياسيا مع المعارضة.

49. In relation to the freedom to manifest one's religion and the right to education, between 26 February and 6 March 2008, the Israeli Defence Forces ordered the closure and confiscation of establishments owned by the Islamic Charitable Society in the city of Hebron, alleging links with Hamas.
وفيما يتعلق بحرية المرء في الجهر بدينه() والحرية في التعليم، يذكر أن قوات الدفاع الإسرائيلية أصدرت، في الفترة من 26 شباط/فبراير إلى 6 آذار/مارس 2008، أمراً بإغلاق ومصادرة المؤسسات التي تملكها الجمعية الخيرية الإسلامية في الخليل، مدعية أن لهذه الجمعية صِلات تربطها بحماس.

2. Expresses thanks to the Islamic Solidarity Fund, the Islamic Development Bank, the World Islamic Call Society, the World Islamic Charitable Organization, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other Islamic Associations for their valuable material assistance to the Islamic symposia held by the Organization of the Islamic Conference.
