Welcomes the initiative by Malaysia to organize Games for the Disabled in Islamic Countries on the fringes of the Tenth Islamic Summit Conference at Kuala Lumpur in 2004, and requests the Islamic Solidarity Sports Foundation to cooperate in the joint organization of this event to ensure its success.
11- يرحب بمبادرة ماليزيا لتنظيم ألعاب المعاقين للدول الإسلامية في كوالالمبور عام 2004، ويطلب من الاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي التعاون من أجل التنظيم المشترك لهذا الحدث ضمانا لنجاحه.

2. Thanks the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for hosting the 1st Islamic Conference of Youths and Sport in cooperation with the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation.

126. The Conference hailed the activities carried out by the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation (ISSF) in 2005, most important of which was the Islamic Conference of Youth and Sports Ministers (ICYSM) and the First Edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games.
126- بارك النشاطات التي نفذها الاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي عام 2005م، وأهمها المؤتمر الإسلامي الأول لوزراء الشباب والرياضة ودورة ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي الأولى.

1. Welcomes the re-election of His Royal Highness Prince Sultan Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz as the Chairman of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation, and wishes His Highness and all Members of the Executive Committee of the Federation success in the tasks assigned to them.
1 - يرحب باعادة انتخاب صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلطان بن فهد بن عبد العزيز رئيسا للاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي وتتمنى لسموه ولجميع أعضاء اللجنة التنفيذية للاتحاد التوفيق والنجاح في المهام التي أنيطت بهم.

4. Welcomes all the resolutions adopted by the 1st Islamic Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports and urges all Islamic States to implement the resolutions and cooperate with the OIC General Secretariat and the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation to develop the necessary strategies and plans in order to achieve the desired objectives.
4 - يرحب بجميع القرارات الصادرة عن الدورة الأولى للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الشباب والرياضة وحث جميع الدول الإسلامية على تفعيل هذه القرارات والتعاون مع الأمانة العامة لمنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي والاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي لوضع الاستراتيجيات والخطط اللازمة بغية الوصول إلى الأهداف المنشودة.

9. Conveys sincere thanks and appreciation to HRH Prince Sultan Ibn Fahd Ibn Abdul Aziz, Chairman of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation for his major interest and continuous support for the causes of sports people in the Islamic Ummah, which has given the Federation high position within the international sports system.
9 - يرفع خالص شكره وتقديره لصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سلطان بن فهد بن عبد العزيز رئيس الاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي على ما يوليه سموه من اهتمام كبير ودعمه المستمر للاتحاد واهتمامه بقضايا الرياضيين من أبناء الأمة الإسلامية والتي جعلت الاتحاد يحتل مرتبة رفيعة ضمن المنظومة الرياضية الدولية.

10. Expresses its thanks to the General Secretariat of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation for its preparedness to execute all the various activities of the Federation, chiefly the 1st Islamic Solidarity Games and the 1st Islamic Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports, as well as various meetings, training sessions and sports championships.
10 - يعرب عن شكره للأمانة العامة للاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي عن الإعداد لتنفيذ جميع أنشطة الاتحاد المختلفة والتي على رأسها ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي الأولى والدورة الأولى للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الشباب والرياضة والاجتماعات المختلفة وكذلك الدورات التدريبية والبطولات الرياضية.

12. Recommends that the Islamic Broadcasting Organization and the International Islamic News Agency coordinate with the Islamic Solidarity Sports Foundation to cover the coming activities of the Foundation, in particular, the Islamic Solidarity Games to be held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2005.
12 - يوصي كلا من منظمة الإذاعات الإسلامية ووكالة الأنباء الإسلامية بالتنسيق مع الاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي لتغطية فعاليات الاتحاد وخاصة ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي في المملكة العربية السعودية عام 2005م.

AFFILIATED ORGANS Having also considered the resolutions adopted by the 4th Meeting of the General Assembly of the Islamic Solidarity Sports Federation, and those adopted by the previous sessions of the Executive Committee, in particular, the 10th Session held in Jeddah, 29th March, 2005 and the report submitted by the Secretary General of the Federation on different activities;
وإذ أخذ علما بالقرارات الصادرة عن الاجتماع الرابع للجمعية العمومية للاتحاد الرياضي للتضامن الإسلامي وعن تلك الصادرة عن الدورات السابقة للجنة التنفيذية خاصة الدورة العاشرة التي عقدت بجدة في 29 آذار/مارس 2005م وعن القرارات الصادرة عن الدورة لأولى للمؤتمر الإسلامي لوزراء الشباب والرياضة الذي عقد بجدة يومي 3 و 4 نيسان/أبريل 2005م، والتقرير المقدم من أمين عام الاتحاد حول الأنشطة المختلفة.
