it is my regret to inform you that Israel, the occupying Power, has intensified its deadly military campaign against the Palestinian civilian population in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, killing and wounding more civilians and causing more widespread destruction.
يؤسفني أن أبلغكم أن إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، قد كثفت حملتها العسكرية المميتة ضد السكان المدنيين الفلسطينيين في الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، مما أدى إلى قتل وإصابة المزيد من المدنيين وإلى المزيد من الدمار واسع النطاق.

Accordingly, in follow-up to the above-mentioned letters, it is my regret to inform you that the killing of Mr. Ibrahim Hashash El-Sumari raises the total number of martyrs killed since September 2000 to 3,653.
وبناء على ذلك، ومتابعة للرسائل المشار إليها أعلاه، أبلغكم مع الأسف بأن قيام قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بقتل السيد إبراهيم حشاش السومري قد أدى ذلك رفع مجموع الشهداء الذين قُتلوا منذ أيلول/سبتمبر 2000 إلى 653 3 شهيدا.
