2. The Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Sudan extensively addressed the Addis Ababa meeting of the OAU Central Organ on the issue. The Central Organ clearly recognized that contribution by the Sudan, and referred to it in the preambular part of its communiqué as additional information.
٢ - وقد خاطب وزير خارجية السودان بإسهاب اجتماع الجهاز المركزي لمنظمة الوحدة الافريقية بأديس أبابا بشأن تلك المسألة، واعترف الجهاز المركزي بشكل واضح بهذا اﻹسهام من جانب السودان، وأشار إليه في ديباجة بلاغه بوصفه معلومات إضافية.

In this connection, OAU in its communiqué has stated that it " strongly deplores that its appeal for an immediate end of the fighting has not yet been heeded " .
