77 - وأضاف قائلا إن الفريق العامل الثاني ينبغي عند قيامه بتنقيح قواعد الأونسيترال للتحكيم ألا يدخل تعديلا على هيكل النص أو مقاصده الحقيقية أو أسلوب صياغته.

The alternative proposal received support from some delegations for the reason that its drafting style corresponded to the style of the Rules and it adopted a simplified approach to the question of interim measures, leaving to applicable domestic law matters of definition of interim measures and conditions for granting such measures.
87- وحظي الاقتراح البديل بتأييد بعض الوفود، لأن أسلوب صياغته يوافق أسلوب القواعد وأنه اعتمد نهجا مبسطا إزاء مسألة التدابير المؤقتة، تاركا للقانون الداخلي الواجب التطبيق مسائل تعريف التدابير المؤقتة وشروط منح تلك التدابير.

68. Mr. Al Habib (Islamic Republic of Iran) said that the adoption of a revised version of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules was a noteworthy achievement, especially as the revised text did not alter the structure of the original text, its spirit or its drafting style and flexibility.
