٣٧ - وقد قررت الجمعية العامة في قرارها ٥٠/٢٤٠ المؤرخ ٧ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٦، أثناء دورتها الخمسين المستأنفة، دعوة لجنتها السادسة إلى أن تدرس، على سبيل اﻷولوية في بداية الدورة الحادية والخمسين، اﻵثار القانونية المترتبة على المقترحات المتعلقة بإصلاح نظام العدل الداخلي، وأن تطلب إلى لجنتها الخامسة أن تعود إلى المسألة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين.
