Item 4. Theme and preparatory process for UNCTAD XII On 19 January, the extended Bureau of the Board approved terms of reference for informal consultations to review proposals for the theme for UNCTAD XII. The aim was to conclude the work with a concrete proposal that could be formally adopted by the Board at its forty-first executive session.
