21. 21- سلَّمت اللجنة بأن المسائل المطروحة في مجالات التجارة الدولية في السلع والخدمات، كما هي محددة في الفقرة 91 (`1` و`2` و`4` و`5`) من وثيقة ميدراند الختامية " شراكة من أجل تحقيق النمو والتنمية " (TD/B/378/Rev.1)، قد عولجت في دوراتها الأربع وفي اجتماعات الخبراء ذات الصلة.

8. The Commission noted the progress that has been made in its four sessions in addressing the issues under its purview in line with the mandate given to it by the ninth session of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD IX). This work took into account the deliberations and outcomes of the Commission's Expert Meetings and the documentation prepared by the secretariat.
8- ونوهت اللجنة بما أُحرز في دوراتها الأربع من تقدم في معالجة القضايا المندرجة في نطاق اختصاصها تمشيا مع الولاية التي أسندها إليها مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية التاسع (الأونكتاد التاسع) وقد روعي في هذا العمل ما جرى في اجتماعات خبراء اللجنة من مداولات وما خلصت إليه تلك الاجتماعات من نتائج، كما روعي فيه ما أعدته الأمانة من وثائق.
