838. The Committee recommends that the State party, in accordance with article 2 of the Convention, take more effective measures to ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention on the basis of non-discrimination by effectively implementing existing laws which guarantee that principle.
838- توصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 2 من الاتفاقية، باتخاذ تدابير أكثر فعالية لضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال الخاضعين لولايتها بجميع الحقوق الواردة في الاتفاقية على أساس عدم التمييز، وذلك عن طريق تنفيذ القوانين القائمة التي تضمن احترام هذا المبدأ تنفيذاً فعالاً.

174. The Committee calls upon the State party to take the necessary steps to ensure that all persons under its jurisdiction enjoy economic, social and cultural rights enshrined in the Covenant without discrimination.
174- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لكفالة تمتّع جميع الأشخاص الخاضعين لولايتها القضائية دون تمييز بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية المنصوص عليها في العهد.

351- توصي اللجنة بأن تتخذ الدولة الطـرف كل التدابير اللازمة لتمتـع جميع الأطفال الذين يخضعون لولايتها القضائية بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون تمييز، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 2.

The Committee urges the State party to ensure that all migrant workers and members of their families within its territory or subject to its jurisdiction enjoy, without discrimination, the rights recognized by the Convention, in accordance with article 7 thereof.
21- تحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على كفالة تمتع جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم الموجودين على أراضيها أو الخاضعين لولايتها بالحقوق المعترف بها في الاتفاقية دون تمييز، وفقاً للمادة 7 منها.

(a) Effectively ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy the rights enshrined in the Convention without discrimination, in accordance with article 2 of the Convention by implementing the existing laws; and
(أ) ضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال الخاضعين لولايتها على نحو فعال بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون تمييز، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 2 من الاتفاقية، عن طريق تنفيذ القوانين القائمة؛

23. The Committee reiterates its previous recommendation that the State party should ensure that all migrant workers and members of their families within its territory or subject to its jurisdiction enjoy the rights provided for in the Convention without any discrimination, in conformity with article 7.
23- توصي اللجنة مجدداً بأن تكفل الدولة الطرف تمتُّع جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم الموجودين في أراضيها أو الخاضعين لولايتها بالحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية دون أيّ تمييز، وفقاً للمادة 7.

Notwithstanding the statement contained in the State party’s report and reiterated by the delegation that “all Libyans are Muslims by birth and heredity”, the Committee stresses that it is incumbent on the State party to ensure that all individuals subject to its jurisdiction enjoy their right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion under article 18 of the Covenant.
٦١- وعلى الرغم من العبارة الواردة في تقرير الدولة الطرف، والتي كررها الوفد، وهي أن " الليبيون مسلمون بكاملهم بالمولد والوراثة " فإن اللجنة تشدد على أن الدولة الطرف ملزمة بضمان أن يتمتع جميع اﻷفراد الخاضعين لولايتها بالحق في حرية التفكير والضمير والدين بموجب المادة ٨١ من العهد.

136. Notwithstanding the statement contained in the State party's report and reiterated by the delegation that “all Libyans are Muslims by birth and heredity”, the Committee stresses that it is incumbent on the State party to ensure that all individuals subject to its jurisdiction enjoy their right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion under article 18 of the Covenant.
136- وعلى الرغم من العبارة الواردة في تقرير الدولة الطرف، والتي كررها الوفد، وهي أن " الليبيون مسلمون بكاملهم بالمولد والوراثة " فإن اللجنة تشدد على أن الدولة الطرف ملزمة بضمان أن يتمتع جميع الأفراد الخاضعين لولايتها بالحق في حرية التفكير والضمير والدين بموجب المادة 18 من العهد.
